Ive been training for about 2 months now, after a two year break due to a back injury. Anyway my strength all around is going way up. I feel great in the gym, eat alot and rest enough. Though Ive noticed that my chest, mainly my upper chest seems to be shrinking instead of growing. I barely feel the pump in the gym and I dont get very sore the days after. I dont feel tight either, I feel sloppy and loose and small. I only train each body part once a week so I cant be overtraing, plus like I said Im make consistent strength gains. Anyone know why Im experiencing these problems with my chest?
