Would you pay this ticket?!

Like DT said, you could fight it, but you WILL lose.

No matter how big a dickhead the cop is being you gotta kiss their power-hungry asses. After all they write you the tickets, not the other way around unfortunately.

Well not all judges are power hungry. I know a few ppl who have won.
I am just so mad that this dick jumped out in front of my car. If I had hit him, I would have been arrested for wreckless driving.

fight it- you WON"T lose.
every ticket i've ever fought- including parking, i've won.

i've realized that just going to fight it, and being polite and well spoken, will make the judge do SOMETHING for you.

also, wear a tight top.

hahaha....Ok tight top and bring my smart too :-)
I agree, I think if you are calm and prepared the judge will side with you.
Wish I was wearing a tight top last night.....grrrrrrr hehe!

I guess it is a matter of weighing your time against just paying 150$ fine.

I agree.....1/2 day off of work (court house not close to me) and the time, the stress and to pay for parking in the city.
I thought of this

Fight it. Take pictures of distances and where he was hiding behind a bush.

There is a GREAT chance you will lose, so be ready for it (the justice system is not about being just, it's about finding the best ways to exploit the system..it is what it is). Your driving record will come into play really big here.

I agree...I think the almighty dollar is a huge factor here.
It was totally weird how they were pulling cars over too. I was not the only one, it was like an assembly line of cars they were catching. Two cops were hiding and just jumping out at cars and telling them to pull over.
It was rush hr and trying to get into the center lane from the bus lane was not easy. They know ppl at that time will HAVE To be in the bus lane

I will prob fight it...I am so mad. I'm a Libra and HATE injustice!
Oh and to boot, I was on my way to help my neighbor who's husband died last week of cancer. This women is 51 and is disabled. I have been helping them through their whole ordeal and yesterday she needed me to get home to take her to help her...on my way to do a good deed and BAM, I get pulled over.
No good deed goes unnoticed? hmmmmmmmmmm!
