I would try to fight it. But I live in a state when we are 2 highest in auto insurance premiums. If it is our first offense in (i think) 3 years you can go to this lame class that you pay for and it is taken off your record. I don't have a clue how things are in Canada. Yall don't even need to carry health insurance do you? I am pretty sure that is what I was told by some of the guys I wrote ins on that moved here from there to be nurses.
Our auto insurance does not go up b/c of tickets?
We have medicare up here, but we need to carry our cards at all times, if that's what you mean?!
And yes ALL our nursed go to the US to work...haha! WE do not pay high for medical dr's and nurses up here
Average nurse makes $35,000 a yr
I was and will do this..I will make sure to stand in the pic looking like I do in my avi JUST IN CASE ;-)
It happened exaclty like I said.............thanks sweets
Fight it. Take pictures of distances and where he was hiding behind a bush.
There is a GREAT chance you will lose, so be ready for it (the justice system is not about being just, it's about finding the best ways to exploit the system..it is what it is). Your driving record will come into play really big here.
I would fight it! But then again my driving record is spotless.
The more tickets you have the greater the chance to lose the fight..If your record is near to clean or clean than fight it.
Mine is semi spotless...in my 24 yrs of driving I only got 3 tickets.
And I drive everyday to and from work so not bad in 24 yrs (I think)!
One was for speeding when I was 16, then when I was 22, speeding. Then 4 yrs ago, I APPARENTLY went through a yellow light. Which I did not. I did not fight that ticket though.
