oy, boy im gonna be feelin this tomorrow :p.. i can already feel it now.. did 5 sets of 8 of full squats (never done the full ones before) with 130 (i know its not much.. but.. for full squats) .
also warmed up with 130 on deads.. then did 3 sets of 5 of 220.

i can feel my legs aching right now.. heh.. and my lower back is feelin it a bit now too :)

i think this is a good way to come back after not lifting in a week..
 
If by full you mean ass to the floor, way to go bro, welcome to the select club of guys that actually want to get big...
 
well.. my legs were sore today as planned.. but i dont feel anything in my lower back.. should it be really sore too? i mean.. unless i dont have proper form (read everything i can on it).. i dont understand..
 
whoa.. my legs are more sore today than they were yesterday.. is that right or wrong? i did do some heavy lifting at work yesterday...
