oy, boy im gonna be feelin this tomorrow
.. i can already feel it now.. did 5 sets of 8 of full squats (never done the full ones before) with 130 (i know its not much.. but.. for full squats) .
also warmed up with 130 on deads.. then did 3 sets of 5 of 220.

i think this is a good way to come back after not lifting in a week..
