Lady' s I need some help the mrs has been doing cardio an light lifting for the past couple weeks, she wants to diet so she can lose a few childbearing pounds in the midsection an sides.do woman have different dietary needs than men ?or would she be ok with my diet high protein, low fat low carbs? Or could someone reccomend one for her?
