I wouldn't get too caught up on the whole carb thing. Its still fried chicken. The key here is fried. To put it in perspective. One piece of original recipe has 400cals 24g of fat and 1116 milligrams of sodium. So the grand total for 4 pieces is:
1600 cals
96g of fat
4464 milligrams of sodium.
So if your trying to get lean, this might really set you back, but if your just trying to eat clean and like to cheat now and then, go for it. Especially if it keeps you motivated. Here check it out.
