I though I would add my 2 cents. Try low carb bread, also take one scoop of whey from the post w/o and add it to the pb pre-work out. 2 scoops of whey is more than a body can use. SO the extra scoop goes to waste. Unless your using low quality whey. You could also try doing supersets.
Love the low carb bread idea. Any suggestions to what kind and where you get it ?
