so why marry?

I married my best friend and best lover. I never had a girl-girl experience before him but he allowed me after we were married to experiment. I was not sure if I would enjoy it or not but it is something I was curious about. If he did not want me to explore it, then I would have no problem not exploring. I would have never thought before I met my husband that I would ever let my husband be with another woman. Things change when there are no jealousy issues and you are truly with someone that you love more than the air itself and you are not willing to be confined to societal norms. We have been married for over 14 years and people envy the relationship we have together. It might not work for everyone but we feel like we have completed each others life more and experienced things that other people secretly fantasize about. We are not hurting anyone and we constantly grow closer to each other with every passing day... so that is why one marries that share our thoughts.

Cheers,

Mickey

do you sleep with women aside from your husband being there? Does he sleep with women when you aren't there? Would you be cool if he wanted to experiment with men?

I dunno, all these things seem cool when you're with a g/f............but I guess where I'm coming from is that "IF" I ever marry.........it's to my damn soulmate, anything less and I have no issue's passing on the marriage thing. So could I share my soulmate with someone else? I don't know. The whole thing about drooling over girl on girl action pretty much left me after high school..........so if my wife wanted to experiment with bi sex, it wouldn't be because I was telling her how hot it would be to see her with another woman. I mean if we did stuff every now and then like at a fetish club or something like that, that's one thing. But I don't know if I could deal with a live in lover...........in fact I know I couldn't, even with full access. I guess it's just not my thing.....kudo's to you for being married 14 years though. That's about double the average marriage.......

No, I have not slept with a woman while he was not there. If he wanted to experiment with men, we would talk about it and I am sure that I would allow him. If I didn't, then I would have a double standard. It would not do anything for me.

He didn't much care watching the girl on girl but he, as well as me, enjoyed the wider arrange of sexual positions and feelings that you could do and have. It was a total different experience living with the other girl and not sure if we would ever do it again but we are not shut down to the possibility. Before it occurred, I would have concurred with you a 100% that there is no way I would have allowed or wanted it. 14 years is a lot these days and we still try to spend every available moment together. He does not have his friends and I don't have mine, we have ours and it works for us where others say they would suffocate. I am even going back to law school so I can join his law practice and we can be together during the day as well. We have met other people that had some sort of alternative lifestyle, and they were in it for selfish reasons and could not care about their mates feelings. We go what works for us and suggest others do the same. Don't listen to what other people or society say, do what makes the both of you individually and jointly happy.

well I have to say i'm not unimpressed with you..........it sounds on the surface like the two of you have a grip on it. Still.......I've never been possesive of a g/f's time away from me with her friends, even male friends. But I couldn't share my soulmate with anyone............maybe fool around in a group setting, "maybe". It would just hurt too much knowing that I couldn't completely fullfill my mate, that she needed something more...........even if it was every now and then. I guess that's why I go for women that have "been there done that"..........

Everything you said makes sense and you seem to have a more evolved rationale of it. It is not about completely fulfilling your mate. I have always felt fulfilled and then the next day arrives and I fill even more fulfilled (which would mean that I was not completely fulfilled before but yet I felt it). I hope there is no end to how much fulfillment exists. As long as you you don't feel unfulfilled, then you will continue to grow together no matter where it takes you. We just don't set a path that we will not go down together. We also found out that we grow more through adversity as we overcome all of our problems and issues together. At the end of the day, week, month, year... he will be standing next to me and me right beside him. I have all of the faith in the world that he will always be there for me, no matter what the circumstances. It is an awesome feeling to know that you are not alone no matter what event shall transpire.

I think it's cool the two of you want to work together. Most couples, even newlywed couples...........wouldn't even consider it. I never understood some of my friends that bitch about having to be around the wife when they come home from work.............it's like, why did you marry her in the first place? The best years of my life were with my ex..........coming home from work at 11pm and watching some TV with her before we went to bed were some of the simple things I miss more than anything.

Good luck on finding your mate. You tend to find each other when you are not looking.

I enjoy my adventures into lesbianism immensely. The ongoing problem seems to be jealously.

Two weeks ago, Sammantha called and said she was too loyal to Elizabeth to have sex with me and her and us. I reminded her that it was obvious she enjoyed herself and would orgasm again and again. She stated that she was extremely worried that Elizabeh would dump her if she kept enjoying my touch.

I said for her to follow her heart and that we would miss her. Elizabeth will easily seduce another women and bring her home for us.
