Which should i do tomm chest or back?

Ok I have a little dilimma here. 1st I'll tell you my work out scheduale.

Mon-Chest,cardio
Tues-Back
Wed-rest, cardio
Thurs-Shoulders/traps
Fri- amrs
Sat rest/cardio
Sun-Rest, cardio

Ok well the thing is that I had to trained arms this Sat instead of friday. And My tri's are still pretty sore. So should i train back tomm then chest tues? Or just go ahead and train chest tomm like usual? I'm sure the sorness well go down more tomm but i know they'll still be sore though. So what would you do?
 
Hell I've got plenty of rest! I didn't workout fri or Sun. I worked out arms Sat though. And I'm fine except my tri's are still sore. Sore i think i soulhd probably work out back today instead of usually doing chest....
 
well with that you're overtraining your arms and they won;t grow. this will also hinder back, chest and shoulder progression. (unless on gear of course)

you also don;t do any leg work.

All in all i think that's a pretty appauling routine dude.

If you insist on 4 day a week training then maybe try this:

mon - back
tues - chest
wed - off
thurs - legs
fri - shoulders, arms
weekend - rest

it's a little better, but i prefer training 3 days a week right now:

sun: legs

tues: chest, delts, tris

fri: back, biceps

every other day is rest.

I USE TO WORKOUT LEGS! But i quite... They were 27in. on each leg and i squarted 335lbs DEEP for 8 reps. But I just got tired of doing legs and i wanted more time to actually do other stuff in my life. I feel my upper body has been growing better without doing legs. I'm not over traing my shoulders thats 4 sure. I have pics on other boards. I'm just not going to pay Platinum to post them here. I've been using the same routine for 5 yrs. But sometimes i come into a confusion when i sometimes workout arms on Sat instead of Fri and then my tri's are still sore Mon when i do chest.

You visit anabolicboard often? I'm tight with Doc from the diet board. Intelligent lad.

Anyhoo, i'm personally never neglect legs but it's your call. Oh, and if you do arms on saturday and you feel up to doing chest on monday then go for it. If not then leave a day and do chest on tuesday.

Thank for the compliment. Yeah I'm over at Anabolicboard alot now. I don't know Doc that well. I do read his post though. Yeah I've used gear but its been a year though. I was going to use gear for this cutting and this summer but i had 3 deals go bad in a month and so I'm out $3,500 and no gear and broke! :bawling: So that just forced me to do it the hard way. You should see the before pics of me 3 monthes ago before I started the cycle I was 208lbs and looking like dough boy. I was eating bagels all winter and I'm not a lean dude by nature. And I have to admit i do miss legs... I've been working out since i was 15yrs old and I'm just wanting more time in my life. So somethings gotta give. But I never miss an upper body workout unless its death in the family. I might take a day off but then i'll just delay the whole wk's workout back a day.
