Right now here is what I do weekly:
Monday: Arms
Tuesday: Back
Wednesday: Shoulders
Thrusday: Legs
Friday: Chest

(abs cardio is thrown in there too a few times a week)

I watch what I eat, meaning I eat a lot of protein and monitor the amount of carbs. (not on a low carb diet or anything though)

I want to know what is the suppliment I should take to get big and strong. (I really only want to take one extra thing) So what do you recomend???

Nothing to redicolously costly though... and no drugs either.

PS If you recomend something I would appreciate some info on it too. Side effects, what doctors say, what other bodybuilders say, the good, tha bad... etc. Thanks.

well what i take is xtreme trim its a dietary supplement serving size 2 caps it has bitter orange extract ,ma huangextract, guarana extract ,white willowextract , ginger, syner therm blend . ive asked some peeps on here if it was safe to take and they said yes , it gives me great boost of energy , it helps with my food cravings .. hope that kinda helped ya out i got mine from a vit. store . it was like 24 $ for a bottle of a 120 caps ................ good luck on finding what you want ;)

well... i think the best thing for muscle growth the most anabolic substance you can take... you already named it... FOOD...

other than that, hands down, a good whey protein powder...

btw the sides ect of a good whey is the same as the sides of protein... if you take in more than your body is used to there will be some digestion-related issues (i'm sure you can figure that one out), drink lots of water, and you should be fine...

if you're really overdoing it with the protein there is an issue of stress on the kidneys (or is it liver?)... but a couple shakes a day in addition to your regular diet is not going to put you in that situation...

other good supplements are creatine (for muscle growth) and glutamine (for muscle recovery) and an eca stack (for fat burning)...

above and beyond that, (unless you enter the anabolic world) the rest are just huge wastes of time and money (IMHO)

This has been covered 100 times already, just do a search next time.

For one thing you WILL want to buy glutamine. Its kind of expensive but believe me, you will be dieing of pain if you don't. I once went a week without glutamine - I was still in pain from my first workout by time I was doing my last. If you take glutamine you'll only be in pain 3 days, with the third day being the worse. Creatine is good, but it doesn't work for everyone. Maybe buy a few caps and see if it does anything for you. But like everyone says - the best supplement is food!

That was an excellent article your brought up hoffmeister. I didn't realize EFA's played a role in the brain organ.
