how do you plan on getting in 9 meals? I have a hell of time getting in 6........post your times......

as for the foods, decent choices........personally, I concider bread the forbidden food....boca burgers are processed junk.......and 4 eggs is excessive at 180lbs..........
 
boca burgers i just picked up to give them a try...i am a realtor so i do as i please time wise...the eggs are without yolks just whites...

well, you want my opinion? It's too much.....eating every 1.5 hours is an absolute chore and foolish if you arent competng.......plan and simple.....you could do away with at least 2 maybe 3 of those meals and just bump up the calories A TAD, in the others...........IMHO, you're asking to get chunky...........
 
so ditch 3 meals to 6 meals and bump up cals to how much more and ill drop the bread and boca burger...sound good?that you in your avatar?
 
It's my brother............at his last show.....pretty decent shape........

Get some more opinions forst...dont just trust everything one person says,,,my beliefs are that yams, oats, brown rice are the superior carb choices..........I do like your protein choice.....maybe incorporate a shake or two esp. before bed and post workout.......some EFA's are essential too....
 
ya see i prefer rice and that shit too...but the bread is more convenient to make...and i already am drinking 3 shakes a day...what i figure i do if i dropped a few meals would be just to put some of the foods in other meals...
