what wrong I do

Hi,

I'm strugalling with my weight. It seems that no matter what I do I can't get rid of fat.

I go to gym 6 days
I do 5 days weights every day different body part i go heavy 8-10rep
4 days i do cardio 30-60min
sometimes I go to the gym 2x/day am cardio pm weights

here is examplewhat I ate yesterday

1. protein 20g + 1/4 cup fiber one
after workout
2. 4 egg whites + 1/3 cup oatmeal

3. chcicken breast 4 oz + 1 WW low carb bread 1 g fat, 8g carbs, 5 protein

4. 1/2 protein bar...i know I was starving 4g fat, 15 g carbs, 10 g protein

5. chicken breast 4 oz + lettuce + veggies + 6 almonds

6. 1/3 cup cottage cheese + 1 teast almond butter


this is what I eat basically every day

im HYPOTHYROID now I am on 200mcg synthroid + 2 grains Armour

before workout I usually get energy as redline or hot rox or ephedra + caffein.

it's flustruated
i have been working out 5 years now.

Well at a quick glance I would day you are doing way to much and eating way to little.

Could you post up how much you weight,bf% if you got it and your full cals for the day

overall cals
protein in grams
carbs in crams
fat in grams
for the whole day not meal by meal please.

5. chicken breast 4 oz + lettuce + veggies + 6 almonds (Same here)

6. 1/3 cup cottage cheese + 1 teast almond butter (Vegetables with your protein. You're trying to eat too little) Skip the almond butter.

i have been working out 5 years now.

Your body is starving and is trying to hold on to the little you consume. You definitely don't eat enough. You need 5 to 6 meals a day consisting of lean protein and vegetables with starchy carbs as well as grains and good fats.
In order for your body to burn calories you need to feed it like a car. That way your metabolic rate will increase and you burn body FAT, not muscles.

Have oatmeal, egg whites.
Chicken or turkey or fish.
Sweet potato, brown rice, quinoa.
Green vegetables.
Lots of water.

Interestingly not eating enough has the same affect on men. I went at from eating 6x a day at 230lbs to 3x a day and got up to 265lbs.
How you eat drives all your results. The best part about it is the not only do you look better but you get healthier when you dial in the diet!

18.4 g fat, 74.1 g carbs, 130 g protein

well but it seems like I am able keep muscle, but no way to lose fat...I feel like I am gaining actually. I work out 6 days...I do weights heavy . 4-5 days cardio.

what I should do?
 
Girl what is your height and weight again? Your calorie intake (or think of it as nutritional intake) is way too low. You'll never lose weight on that.

You probably are at your set point (the amount of body fat that your body is programmed to maintain). By adding more nutrition and more activity. You are doing tons of cardio (perhaps too much) - can you tell me what you are doing for cardio?

Also - watch for a post on "weighing in" and "simple equation". I'm going to post in a minute and I think they might be helpful. Don't get discouraged - you'll blast through this plateau you've reached.

Your body is shot down and that's why you're gaining weight.
As I mentioned, you're not eating enough, therefore there's nothing to burn. The body acts like a car where it will run with gas, oil and water. If you don't add fuel to your body it won't burn and it will try to hold on to whatever you put into, therefore turning it into fat. We primarily get energy from fats and the second source of energy are carbs. Again, you need to have at least 5 meals a day consisting of small meals (protein, carbs and fat). By doing that you'll keep your metabolic rate high and it will constantly be burning and the energy you're creating.
I previously posted the protein/carbs and fat best to have.

Try working out 5 days a week with 4 days of cardio. Take two days off to recover.
You did better yesterday, but your fat is now too low.
How tall are you?.
Try 120 protein, 90 carbs and 25 fat.
I might change that after you tell me your height.
 
yes I def gona work on that. I am just curious why I was able put muscle like month ago? I was on anavar for about 5 weeks 10mg-15mg.
I am also hypothyroid now I am on 200mcg synthroid + 2 grain of Armour..that is pretty high dosage...I feel good. Only one problem I have menched is losing fat...? so yeah I def gona jump cal up.

even that cal intake i have I am able lift pretty heavy I guess I do 3x 10-12 rep deadlift with 130lb. squat about the some. but i usually take energy pills before workout.

I am juste trying understand my body.
