Once you get your diet dialed in, Heres what i would suggest, morning cardio on an empty stomach upon waking up, after a 12 hr fast, that means your last meal should be your lightest ,with breakfast being your heaviest.
The fast starts 12 hrs after your last meal, then after that.the body has no choice but to burn fat for energy.
This does a hatchet job on bodyfat
