I did my first ever morning workout today. I woke up at 4:30 AM, chugged some oats, protein and creatine and was at the gym by 5:00 AM. Had a pretty awesome workout too, not many people lifting at that time so most equipment was open.Becoming said:how hard is it to wake up 30 minutes prior to working out....
if I did that (only 10 minutes) I think I would drop something on myself...
