dumb guy, how long does it take you from the time you get up to the time you actually get to the gym/workout?

-down your creatine/glut right after with the rest of your gatorade...
-and then hit 50-60g whey protein mixed with 16oz half and half plus 16oz milk and some chocolate quick powder (best shake you will ever have)

lol - you cock. it's not a matter of being a pussy, it's a matter of working from 7:30am-7pm, getting home, attempting to have a few minutes to my fucking self (masturbation), and not having to wake up at 4 to eat before lifting. but some good suggestions.

I have it down where I can down 2 servings of oatmeal and 2-3 eggs with 32oz of wate 30 minutes before my first set...

it is a little rough but you will get used to it....

and that early in the day you can handle the extra cals from the half and half...

that shit makes the best pw shake ever bro.... :p
 
I would buy the ingredients separately and mix them together if I wanted to make something like that

dextrose $11 for 10 lbs. at some sites
