What the hell?!?! Training split question

I will be competing on july 21'st and I want to switch to a 5 day routine so I can be mentally in the "zone" the entire week. I find that on low carbs if I don't bust my hump in the gym every day I cheat too much with the diet.

I cannot find peace with a five day split (mainly cause I think they are stupid and unproductive) but it fits the situation in the here and now for me.

gimme some suggestions please this is what
I'm thinking:

Mon- back, calves
Tue- chest
wed- delts, traps
thur- quads, hams
fri- arms
sat- off
sun- off

cardio 3 days a week.
My semmetry is perfect (for now anyway, nothing can be perfected in 7-8 weeks on low carbs!) so it is a maintenance routine.

HELP ME!
thanks.

It looks pretty good. You can toss things around if it suits you like swap calves and hams or drop calves to chest day. May want to consider making Wed. on "off" day and lifting on Saturday. Doing cardio on any off days? If so, I would definitely do that.

Have you considered a six day rotation split?

Example:

D1: Back, bis
D2: Chest, tris
D3:REST
D4: Legs
D5: Delts
D6: REST
D7: Repeat D1

Just a suggestion.

Switch "delts" with "shoulders" (in general) and that's exactly what I'm doing, bigandy. It's working very, very well for me.
