I have the following equipment.
rack
olympic bar
cambered bar
incline/flat bench
no db's, no lat pulldown, no machines nothing else..just plates.
What would YOU do with this equipment? Main goal is mass (read muscle!), secondary is to gain strength. I just need some more ideas for how to work the muscle groups. I usually work out in gyms so am at a loss, especially for chest. Just presses?
