I am 5' 8" and as of somewhere in early May I started bulking at 140 - 145lbs. My Diet has not been spot on or anything, but it's not horrible. It has gotten me to 190 - 195 lbs. as of today and probly 3/5 is muscle. I can still see 4 of my abs just always had a problem with the role which isent that bad. Wish I had some pics. or any idea of my bf %, but im not really too sure as of right now. Anyways I wanted too start powerlifting and running a WSB routine focusing on strength and not size and I wanted to know what is a good weight too be at at lets say 12% BF?
