what is a good weight???

I am 5' 8" and as of somewhere in early May I started bulking at 140 - 145lbs. My Diet has not been spot on or anything, but it's not horrible. It has gotten me to 190 - 195 lbs. as of today and probly 3/5 is muscle. I can still see 4 of my abs just always had a problem with the role which isent that bad. Wish I had some pics. or any idea of my bf %, but im not really too sure as of right now. Anyways I wanted too start powerlifting and running a WSB routine focusing on strength and not size and I wanted to know what is a good weight too be at at lets say 12% BF?

To be honest, anything over 170lbs at 5'8" will look solid.. if you are 195 and lean that is damn good, imo. I'm a similar height and am starting my bulk now at 145 to hopefully around 170..
 
If i were you I would try to get to 210. IF you can still your abs your still fairly low in the BF department so its still safe to bulk. If you were 5'8" 200 with a 6 pack you would look pretty damn good. But then again, your ideal weight is totally up to you and the picture of how you want to look in your head.
 
Well i forgot too mention this last night because it was 5 in the morning and i was about to go to bed, but i wanted too start powerlifting and hopefully eventually get in some competitions. That is why i needed too know a good weight for my size that i could compete at. I was thinking about dropping about 10 - 15 solid lbs. of fat while still gaining muscle and then up the cals. again after that. When i started bulking i planned on ending up at 200 - 205, but i diden't think it would be this fast. I have not even been able too work out on a consistant basis which is why i haven't ran the 5x5 or anything like that yet.
 
you gained 50lbs in 3 1/2 months??? that's hard to believe even if you were on the juice....not to be a hater but that's alot of weight bro. if you said 20lbs in 3 1/2 months i could fathom it....and even that is a stretch i think.

you have any pics so we can guestimate you bf?

Umm no i don't got a camera and i hardly have the money for gas too make it too the gym. Yes I know it is hard too believe, but i did put on that much weight. However there is more too the story. I weighed about 170 a few months before weighing 140ish then i started taking those anabolic x energy pills and im pretty sure my test dropped very low and i coulden't sleep more than 4 hours a night for 3 to 4 weeks. Also no i don't have blood results for the test, but when you have absolutly no sex drive there is something wrong. I mean i got in a fight with my gf and never called her back cuz there was no need. Well anyways i lost about 30 lbs. in that amount of time and blacked out 3 times when coming off going down about 20 - 30% in every lift, even curls. Now ive worked my way out of the major decrease in strength and some how managed too put on a ton of muscle. I guess i just shocked my body more than ever.
