I am just starting a new high protien diet, in hopes of having more energy and strength...according to my boy this will do both as well as stabilize my moods!! (have a terrible time with my emotions) It includes 5 meals, approx. every 3 hours. Hoping I won't be too hungry with the reduction of carbs... Wondering what types of diets others are on to compare with my own...
