how?
How do you guys build and maintain with what seems to be such little calories?. This is not meant to be offensive. When I see a big guy though, one thing I think is, he must eat mad calories. I'm 180lbe right now almost into mid-cycle, taking in 3500 calories a day, not too crazy as far as carb intake though. This is a tyoical day...
12pm - awake and eat 3 cups oatmeal sprinkled w/choc whey protein, and 3 scoops protien powder to drink, efa oil.
1:45 - workout
3pm - 3/4 serving N Large mixed w/ 2 scoops protein powder, efa oil.
5:30pm - lowfat pb on whole wheat bread, serving of nutriplex, efa.
7:30 - same or maybe pumpernickel bagel bagel ar a sandwhich w/non fat cream cheese instead of sandwhich.
9:30pm - Cytoplex, efa
11:30pm - Nutriplex, efa, 2 grilled Chicken breats w/side bbq sauce,efa
1:30am - Nutriplex, efa
3:30 - protein powder before bed.
I work as a bartender, so i don't get to many real meals on days I work. If I'm at school , I bring protein bars, or pumpernickel bagel or a sandwhich or whatever. On days off from work, I get more real food, but use a lot of protein powder, much cheaper than buying meat. I use a multi-vitamin 2 times a day and drink lots of water.
