What does your daily routine look like?

Her's a survey guys. Please post = ). I am curious about the type of mails people eat during there bulking stage. How many? What are the usually food?At what time of the day? When do you work out? how much sleep do you get a day? Please all give a little opinion:D

Here is my routine
Get Up
7:00am
Oatmeal
Protein shake

9:00am
Protein bar

11:30
MRP
1 cup brown rice
1 serving vegtables

2:00
1 seving fruit

4:00
8 Egg whites

5:30
Workout
6:30
Glutamin and grape juice
MRP

7:30
Pasta and Chicken or
Potatoes and Red meat
Rice and red meat
some days I replace the red meats with Chicken or turkey

9:00
Protein shake
1 seving vegtables

11:00 before bed
Protein shake

In between I post brush my teeth, have a shower, go to class, go to work and post on the boards (not to mention e-mails LOL) Oh yeah and spend time with the women if I have time hehehe

I hurt my shoulder so i pretty much just lay around drink beer eat chips & etc...battle an occasional gass fart....watch tv ,take trash out when it get full and starts stinking......RADAR
 
Damn M18 you have a full day everyday. Pretty demanding if you ask me.
 
10 am: wake up. 4 eggs, 3 pieces of toast, protein drink. 20mg Ox

11:30: Lunch, whatever the college is serving. I usually have 2 sandwiches with chicken, turkey, and cheese. Along with 16 oz of milk, and a salad.

12:30-1:40- Class.

1:45- Protein bar. Masturbate.

2:00-3:00- Nap.

3:15- Protein shake w/ peanut butter. Subway 12" sandwich. 10 mg Ox.

5:00- Dinner, usually some kind of meat, rice, and veggies.

6:00- Work out.

7:30-9:00- After workout drink, high carbs high protein. Basketball practice.

9:10- Shower.

9:20- Masturbate

9:21- Sex with girlfriend. (I have to jerk off before this so I can last.)

10:00- Pasta.

12:00- Protein Bar

1:00- Protein Drink. Read the boards for a while. Make the occasional post. Do a search for M0F0's posts, then i'm off to bed.


This varies daily but this is what it's like for the most part.

Yeah it is...the funny thing is that is a slow day. I still would not rather be doing anything else...I love life that way it is right now. I have these boards to thank for that. More women would be nice though lol :(

5:00a.m. - wake up to take piss> Pound a MRP
8:00a.m. - wake up to take piss> Pound a Mrp
10:30-11 - wake up eat 9egg whites 1/2yolk 1 piece whole wheat bread 1.5 cup cooked oatmeal
1:30- same as above
4:00- post workout shake
5:30- chicken breast<big>sweet potatoe>brocoli
8:00- Mrp 1tbsp of Udo's
10:30- 1 or 1/2 tub of cottage cheese sprinkled with splenda taste like desert
1:00- Mrp
go to bed

How do you guys build and maintain with what seems to be such little calories?. This is not meant to be offensive. When I see a big guy though, one thing I think is, he must eat mad calories. I'm 180lbe right now almost into mid-cycle, taking in 3500 calories a day, not too crazy as far as carb intake though. This is a tyoical day...

12pm - awake and eat 3 cups oatmeal sprinkled w/choc whey protein, and 3 scoops protien powder to drink, efa oil.

1:45 - workout

3pm - 3/4 serving N Large mixed w/ 2 scoops protein powder, efa oil.

5:30pm - lowfat pb on whole wheat bread, serving of nutriplex, efa.

7:30 - same or maybe pumpernickel bagel bagel ar a sandwhich w/non fat cream cheese instead of sandwhich.

9:30pm - Cytoplex, efa

11:30pm - Nutriplex, efa, 2 grilled Chicken breats w/side bbq sauce,efa

1:30am - Nutriplex, efa

3:30 - protein powder before bed.

I work as a bartender, so i don't get to many real meals on days I work. If I'm at school , I bring protein bars, or pumpernickel bagel or a sandwhich or whatever. On days off from work, I get more real food, but use a lot of protein powder, much cheaper than buying meat. I use a multi-vitamin 2 times a day and drink lots of water.

I find that a high protein, mod fat, mod carb diet is perfect for bulking (for me) I have used those 5000+ cal bulking diets but they put on WAY to much fat. That diet I posted allows me to put on good muscle gains with minimakl increase in body fat (if any)
