This is my typical training week...I've done this for the past 5 months as it works well for me.

Monday..Chest
Tuesday..Biceps
Wednesday..Shoulders
Thursday..Back and tri
Friday..Legs

By Friday i'm done in. I train at the same time everyday 12pm - 1.30pm

I feel it's time to alter this abit, gains have been good, I eat like a Blackpool Donkey.

Any Ideas guys... Thanks

i would recommned doubling up on soe groups. one large baody part and a small one in one group to give extra rest day for more growth

Heres what I would do (but if you routine is giving great results, there may be no need to change):

Monday-- Chest, Calves
Tuedays-- Back
Wednesday -- Shoulders, Traps
Thursday-- Quads, Hams
Friday -- Bis, Tris, Forearms

Weekends = rest.

You might try a different split. I currently do:

Mon: Squat
Leg Press
Rows
Pulldowns
Shrugs

Wed: Bench
OHP
Incline (alternate between machine, dumbells and Barbell)
Flyes (not always)
Rear Delts

Fri: Deadlift
Hamstings and Calves superset
Biceps (Alternate between Machine,Dumbells,
and Straight bar)
Forearms

Scotsman
