Good thread. Free plats are always a good idea for members to do some advanced searches and understand how to better ask aas questions and get better answers.

It also allows them to see how important a plat membership is and why it is advised to become plat.

i was about 18 weeks out of a show a few weeks ago but got a new promotion so dont really have the dedication to do it. i need new pics, oh well those are about 6 months old. I kept that condiditioning just got away bigger im about 5'9 210-215 @ 7-8% hoverin

Hey guys, all I can say is that since I discovered EF, my work productivity has gone out the door. All I do is read up on old threads and increase my knowledge. People are amazed by how much I know. I've posted a few times and Needtoget has given me some good advice.

Im 5'6'' 150 lbs ~12% up from about 115 a year ago. Just started my first cycle and eating like a pig
