So as you can see by when I signed up I am not really a new member, for some reason I signed up last year and did nothing, came back today because I was looking for info....

Me: About 30 years old, lifting seriously since 17, did first cycle at 21,(12 weeks 400mg deca/week and 30mg winstrol/day) gained 18 lbs but was way to young and green if you ask me now, had a bad experience (didn't know shit about PCT or diet, crashed hard mentally and but not as much physically and was probably shut down cold for close to 5-6 months, lost most gains, finally figured out how to get my diet right and how important it was as 24, did a second cycle two years ago at 28, 8 weeks 100 mg EOD test prop (so 350mg/week) and 20mg d-bol/day, nolvadex pct, gained 12 pounds solid, lost 2 during PCT. I have lost the gains from my last cycle little by little over the last 2 years and am now back to where I was pre last cycle.

Build: Naturally skinny, small bones, 5'8" / 1.72 M, currently 148lbs / 67.5kg. 7% bodyfat

Current Bench Max 225lbs x 3
40 Chin ups,
Standing bent row 185 x 6
Squat 275 x 6

Right now just creatine and quality protien / no processed sugar diet. I run 3 days a week and am more into being into top shape/looking really good for the ladies than being huge.

Best lifting/bodybuilding memory: Near the end of my last cycle, doing a set of full squats 225lbs x 22 reps (at 5'8" and 160) and seeing the look of disbelief on the faces of everyone (especially the soccer moms and their personal trainer) in the suburban non-bodybuilding gym where I was working out.

Thinking of running another cycle, either keeping it simple at 10 weeks of some sort of test @ 500 mg week or 300 mg test and 300 mg eq to get back to 160-165 at max of 8% bodyfat, believe me when I say I am definitely a hard gainer and can't get their naturally with a bodyfat % I am willing to accept.

LMFAO @ No Homo!!! Ok so I just joined up today and put up my first post. I dont know if plug in are allowed here but im so plugging my post. You guys need to go check it out. WHY? Cause I need answeres hahahahahahaha!!!!!!!! Oh and thanks for the Plat, Im gonna see what its all about. PEACE!
