Weight keeps climbing and I am worried

I do 2 scoops of EAS Whey powder in the morning with 2 pints of skim milk. At lunch it is steak or chicken with brown rice and veggies. I get Home from work and I eat a cup of low fat cottage cheese. Dinner is similiar to lunch and that is after I train. I weigh myself every week or so and the numbers keeps going up. I am at 292lbs as of last night. About 3 weeks ago I was 282lbs.
I am on 400mg cyp, 300mg deca a week. 10mg X 3 ED of naposim and 1mg of Liquidex ED.
I train heavy, do light cardio (afraid heavy cardio will give me a heart attack) and do strongman events. i do not want to hit 300lbs. What the hell am I doing wrong?
I am 28 and 6'1 and my waist is 42in to give you an idea of Fat to Muscle ratio. My arms are about 19in and I wear a size 54 jacket. I would like to drop about 20lbs but my genetics(whole family is fucking big) seems to be kicking in. Advice is appreciated.
 
Bro, you're on d-bol, cyp and deca - all highly aromitazible, plus with that calorie intake I don't think weight loss is going to be happening any time soon. Maybe it's water bloat from all the gear which should be countered by liquidex, but i'm gonna leave this for somebody else to tackle. Also are you trying to cut, or maintain?! From the gear you're using you seem to be bulking, but you sound like you want to drop weight. Which one is it?!
 
I think my calorie intake is real low for my size. The craziest carbs I eat are from my EAS protein shake and it is only 16 Grams per scoop. I agree the weight increase is the water weight but I started Arimidex a month ago and I saw a diffrence in the first week. As far as bulking and cutting goes... I am a Strongman competitor I would like to lose some weight but muscle size and strenght are my main concern.
 
Bro if you want to preserve mass and strength while dieting down you should look into var, stan, halo and maybe methyltest - these choices seem to be popular among power lifters - since they provide a slight anabolic edge and adrogenic strength increase (especially methyl and halo)

and when i said that your diet doesn't look good for weight loss i was referring rather to macronutrient intake than calorie intake. Try to allocate your carbs for energy expenditure (pre- and post-workout) and limit carbs throught the rest of the day. This should help keep the strength up, going CKD might be another option, but for me personally, the tradeoff is tremendous loss of strength, which in your case could be combatted by androges. But i'm not authority in this field..
 
My carbs are all low Glycimic index 50>. I agree that when I really cut the carbs out I start to drop some weight but I think that it might be water due to my body now holding less carbs for fuel. Not to mention my power and strenght drop a shit load. I tend to up the cardio and see what happens. as far as gear intake...I have a shit load of d-bol(over a 1000) and they are real strong Naposims. I am thinking of cutting out the test and doing 450deca a week and continue the D-bol. I also am considering nolvadex instead of arimidex but I want some advice from the board first.
