weight gain has stopped. Where could I add some calories?

what are your overall calories? macros?

not exactly sure what the breakdown is.

i know its about 400 grams of protein and 630 grams of carbs and 85-100 grams of fat.

i am about 273-275 depending on the day at the moment. I might try ditching the oats for more calorie dense foods like pasta and try adding more tbsps of anpb where I can.

Shit! that's like 5000 cals. I thought I was eating a lot at 4000. Only suggestions I can think of are increasing amt. of potato at meals, natty PB is the shizzle so def. add that where you can, and try switching to thicker rolled oats or scoth oats. Scotch oats give you the same amount of cals. for half the amt.
I do alot of pasta, beans and rice. I'm up to around 1 1/3 c. dry pasta per meal ( depending on which one I eat) or sometimes closer to 2 c. dry. I have about 1/2 rice dry w/ 1 c beans cooked. I get these frozen black and red beans from Wal Mart. They are pre cooked w/ out preservatives and salt, all you have to do is put them in some hot water for a few mins and they are done. around 245 cals per cup for the red beans ~ 200 for the black beans
I do sweet potatoes as well, I'm up to 21 oz of sw. pot. per meal when I have them.

I actualyl have never gotten into the beans thing but might have to give it a whirl. the biggest thing is, I don't enjoy the taste. I might have to google some recipes and see what I can find.

i'll have to look for scotch oats at the local store too. i heard a good trick is to add 1/2 cup of raisins to your oatmeal. its good for another 60 carbs.

Beans+rice+cheese make a very complete protein profile. Add an egg or two and you've hit the entire spectrum.

it sure does. it also would make for a very odorous room with the gas I would get hahahah!!
