I have been gradually losing weight since I started PW. I am 5'6 and now weigh 180 to 181 depending on how much food I ate. All my lifts have gone up as I was new to PW except for my bench which seems to be greatly affected by my weight. Right now if I cut carbs out my abs will almost all be in including down my sides. Know if I were to enter a comp should I settle my weight or let it drop a little more and see if 165lb is in me? Just curious.
