Originally supposed to be a PM response to WannaImpress but it became too long so I decided to post it as a thread and everyone is free to give their input:

Hey bro, here is how I would run the anavar supps if we are talking sparing no expense:
ALA or R-ala at proper dosages
Glutamine PEPTIDES or micronized glutamine (kilosports has peptides, AST has micronized, not sure how good micronized is but my guess is it is good)
May consider using carao extract?
Vitamin B12 to counteract the hunger suppressant effects of ox, sublingual or injectable. 1-3g sublingual daily
Hydro 520 whey from the proteinfactory.com - Var relies heavily on a high protein intake, you should be hitting around 2-2.5 grams per pound of bodyweight, (or so) the hydro whey tastes like shit but its awesome, I will be using it as my main whey source during my deca/eq cycle, its also somewhat costly.
Large doses of flaxSEED (NOT oil, seed) to help with possible cholesterol, the ala will help with liver.
Buy some frozen grapefruit juice and take a large serving of it prior to taking the var, this will help to deactivate some detoxification enzymes in the liver and intestines as I understand, it makes a noticeable difference for me.
Creatine at 20 grams 2x a day, 1 serving in the morning (with ala of course) other serving meal AFTER postworkout meal, I would choose either phosphagen, cell tech or an effervescent, phosphagen and celltech both have phosphates which are a key compound in the formation of ATP and perhaps may help miminize lactic acid buildup as I understand it.
BCAA supplement taken along with your hydro whey, 20-30 grams of glutamine and some sort of hi gi carb as well as a bit of fructose post workout...
I would eat a moderate bulking diet, if you're an ectomorph I would say a good general rule (but this can vary so much) would be try eating around 5000 calories per day, make it 50/35/15
600- 700 grams of carbs, 80-100 grams of all proper sourced-fat, around 400-450 grams of protein per day, 400 is prolly enough. (someone check my math, I'm tired)
