VERY WORRIED: Really shitty lifts on CKD diet....will i lose muscle?

I was on a moderate carb diet with winny and deca and t3. My lifts went up about 5 lbs each week for about a month, then suddenly when i dropped my carbs, I lost 20 lbs on my squat and 10 lbs on my DB bench press in a week! The carbs definitely has something to do with it and I also looked flat.

What are your stats? and How many carbs where you at when you stopped? And when you went back to carbs how many per day?

Thanks alot bro.

Im 21, 190 (when started to diet), 5 feet 8. I was taking about 150 grams of carbs daily. When i stopped the carbs, I took in about less than 50 grams, thats when my lifts went down. In about 6 weeks, I have lost 11 lbs and now am at 179. I just upped my carbs a couple of days ago and I have more energy in the gym now.

what was you bodyfat? Did you loose muscle? That is my main consider.

Those are my current stats...20yrs old, 190lbs,about 11BF%(pretty low fat), i want to cut up but i don't want to loose muscle.

3. i get shoulder pains on a regular basis, but they were getting better. Yesterday they were worse than ever, could "no carbs" have some effect on this?

I know Elzi Volk has cautioned to avoid keto type diets if you have any connective tissue injuries or problems. She mentions the need for hydration and the need for glucose and insulin for repair and rebuilding of connective tissue.

Thanks i switched to a TKD diet where i can have carbs before/after my workout. Will probably take a bit longer to reach desired results but with alot less pain so i think its worth it.

Thanks for the reply bro.
