Hey HT -- phenomonal! I was gonna suggest the fiber as well. I wouldn't go hardcore w/ a colon cleanse, but fiber and make sure your fats are up high enough to keep things moving. If you are having issues w/ broccoli and what not, try some digestive enzymes and ginger root is great for settling your stomach if you have those issues.
Posing is NICE! I'm lovin' the look on the lat spread! And I might even venture --- some glute striations? in pic 4 of 10 on Week 5? Hard to tell but kinda looks like it. Really nice!
Also when you are walking around the Arnold Expo do yourself a favor & stay away from all the protein bar samples -- if you've been eating clean, those things will destroy your stomach!
