Hey Ladies!

Here are new pics from my posing session with my new coach! Please ignore the background, we are in the kids room at the gym...Also, my suit is not tied the way it should be so please ignore the low rise bottoms....my new suit is VERY small and VERY HIGH cut to try to get rid of my boxy midsecton....still no abs. This is REALLY gross, but since I have been eating so much protein and so clean, I have trouble going to the bathroom...so I get a little bloated...it then goes away once I have. We can talk about gross things like this right? We are all women :)
My trainer doesn't seem too concerned...thinks once the water is off of me, the abs will be there..I am hoping and praying.

I LOVE your back! It's awesome looking!!!! And yes we can talk about the gross stuff here. LOL
 
Didn't look at the pics yet, but you might want to add in a fiber supplement, to keep things moving, you definiately don't want to get clogged up.

Now let me go look at those pics and drool :)


Edit: Ok when you're done your show, can you please package up that back and those shoulders and ship them to me, it would be greatly appreciated thanks!!! ;)

Hey HT -- phenomonal! I was gonna suggest the fiber as well. I wouldn't go hardcore w/ a colon cleanse, but fiber and make sure your fats are up high enough to keep things moving. If you are having issues w/ broccoli and what not, try some digestive enzymes and ginger root is great for settling your stomach if you have those issues.

Posing is NICE! I'm lovin' the look on the lat spread! And I might even venture --- some glute striations? in pic 4 of 10 on Week 5? Hard to tell but kinda looks like it. Really nice!


Also when you are walking around the Arnold Expo do yourself a favor & stay away from all the protein bar samples -- if you've been eating clean, those things will destroy your stomach!

Very good advice. I remember at the Olympia I ate about a million samples of those protein bars...none for me this time around. Packing all of my food up tonight, leaving after school tomorrow for a 6 hour drive.

I have been taking fiber con tabs, about four a day...and still I have "issues". I cut back on the veggies because my trainer increased my carbs and protein servings, so hopefully this will help...I think I was taking in way too much spinach and green beans. Things are going FANTASTIC with my new trainer...she is WONDERFUL! Great coach with a soft tone...just what I need! Can't wait until the Arnold!!!!!
