I increased my cardio today from 30 to 35 minutes. I felt a big difference from it.
Also I switched from eliptical to stepper and this really made a difference as I had become very adapted to the eliptical.
Anyway can't go by my weight right now as it seems impossible for me to lose weight.
My waist line continues to get smaller though down to 32 1/2 while all other measurements have stayed the same.
Increasing cals every 4th day still to 2900 then back to 2400 for 3. Ratio's still 50% carbs 30% pro and 20% fat.
Deadline is still May 15th at which point I will up cals to 3000 and slowly increase to 3500. No more shove everything down trying to get big cause it just ends up at my waist. Also at this point I will lower reps to the 6 to 8 range from the 10-12 range I'm at now and take more time in between sets.
Good luck to all my fellow cutters and know you can suceed by learning and then applying what works for You.![Smile :) :)](https://cdn.jsdelivr.net/joypixels/assets/8.0/png/unicode/64/1f642.png)
