Approved Log UGLOZ Test E, Equipoise, NPP and GH Lean Growth Phase cycle

Session:
Week 4 - Biceps, Back & Forearms
Final session of the week. Started off feeling a bit flat due to it being another early morning session, but worked into it and finished with a solid arm pump. Movements included incline curls, preacher curls, cable hammer curls, pullovers, and wrist curls. Strength slightly down compared to afternoon sessions, but execution was still good.

Cardio:
30-minute walk completed last night. Plan is to repeat that tonight.

Nutrition & Supps:
No substantial meal pre-workout due to early timing. Got some Oxyshred in on the way to do the session, as well as some water to help with the pump. Intra-workout included pump juice, creatine, l-carnitine, and carb powder. Slower start in the gym reflected the lack of fuel going in.

Recovery:
7 hours and 33 minutes of sleep last night. Tennis elbow niggle returning/ lingering- exercise selection will be adjusted further to avoid aggravating it. No soreness otherwise, and joints are holding up well.

Current PEDs:
Test E 437.5mg/week
EQ 210mg/week
NPP 210mg/week
GH 5IU/day

Current Health Supplements:
Same as previously mentioned.

Side Effects & Adjustments:
No injection today. Cialis not used yesterday or today. Pumps were still strong but took longer to come on, and the absence of the cialis was noticeable. Appetite was unexpectedly lower yesterday despite a morning session. Planning for a slightly lower calorie intake next week to support digestion and overall system reset.

Adjustments Made:
Program will shift slightly at the end of next week to adjust the split and sub in some alternative movements to work around the elbow.

Progress Updates:
No morning weight recorded. Strength still climbing overall- any dips have been obviously related to tied to sleep and fuel timing, so very happy with the direction things are going.

General Comments:
Bigger day at work ahead- will stay on top of water intake and focus on getting meals in. Looking forward to returning to afternoon sessions next week and continuing the upward trend in performance.
@hypogaeum Updates are looking solid man........

@hypogaeum be safe out there with the extra work man. This heat is no joke where I am at

ive seen your posts in food a while back i think around 200
you should be 250 with your size
Non training days are my lowest protein intake, with a target of 280g.
Training days are 300-310g of protein.

Session:
Week 5 - Chest, Triceps & Shoulders
Strong session with a good combination of chest and tricep movements, and finished with delts to complete the pump. Tried out some new movements today, so some of the rep ranges ended up a bit higher than planned due to me feeling out the weights, but overall volume was good and the pump came on well. Triceps work included both overhead and pushdown variations, and finished with a cable lateral raise to get blood into the shoulders. Energy was good but not as dialled in without the usual preworkout. Still got a strong pump, especially through the chest.

Cardio:
No formal cardio, but did hit 10,000 steps for the day.

Nutrition & Supps:
Pre and intra-workout nutrition attached. Used two cans of Oxyshred instead of Disorder, and while it gave a hit, it didn’t provide the usual energy or focus. Intra included water and pump juice, and hydration was solid throughout. Digestion is back on track after the weekend drop in intake.

Recovery:
Slept 8 hours and 20 minutes, though quality was patchy due to waking up a few times with a blocked nose. Body felt fine once moving and training didn’t feel compromised. Planning on an early night tonight to get back in front.

Current PEDs:
Test E 437.5mg/week
EQ 210mg/week
NPP 210mg/week
GH 5IU/day

Current Health Supplements:
Same as previously mentioned.

Side Effects & Adjustments:
Injected left delt this morning with no issues- smooth pin as usual with @UGL OZ gear. Libido continues to rise even with a bit of sickness. Blood pressure this morning was 118/72. No cialis used today.

Adjustments Made:
Some newer movements today, but worked the planned muscle groups. Training layout may shift slightly later this week depending on how the sickness progresses.

Progress Updates:
Morning weight not recorded. Muscular fullness remains good and performance is holding.

General Comments:
Tested positive to COVID this morning but symptoms remain light- just a stuffy nose and some fatigue later in the evening. Working from home for the next couple of days, so juggling kids, work and meals may shift the usual rhythm a bit. Hoping to keep the training week on track if the symptoms stay manageable.

300 is like the perfect level of protein bro you are king with constant
but the sickness part
u going to rest off?

Session:
Week 4 - Back, Biceps & Abs
Session included single-arm cable rows, machine pulldowns, hammer machine rows, and three biceps-focused movements using cables, dumbbells, and the EZ bar. Finished off with hanging knee raises. Good controlled contractions throughout and pump came on nicely. Nothing missed despite feeling under the weather. Still managing to hit training with solid intensity.

Cardio:
No cardio today. Step count under 6,000.

Nutrition & Supps:
All meals drawn from what I had on hand in the pantry/fridge at home (rather than go shopping, I tried to make the most of what I had). Dinner planned is chicken breast, jasmine rice, zucchini, and green beans. Probably will throw on some hot sauce to add some extra flavour. Pre-workout included oats, whey, honey, salt, Oxyshred and pump juice. Intra was pump juice and plenty of water. Post-workout was cereal, milk and whey. Digestion has remained strong throughout the day.

Recovery:
7 hours and 35 minutes of solid sleep. Woke up still feeling under the weather but it didn’t impact training. Elbow continues to be managed, with just some minor pain on certain movements. Energy and mood both holding up.

Current PEDs:
Test E 437.5mg/week
EQ 210mg/week
NPP 210mg/week
GH 5IU/day

Current Health Supplements:
Same as previously mentioned.

Side Effects & Adjustments:
No injection this morning. Libido remains elevated, blood pressure steady, and mood good. Covid symptoms haven't worsened- mainly just congestion.

Adjustments Made:
None today.

Progress Updates:
Morning weight: 111.0kg. Despite being sick and reducing output slightly, strength and training quality are holding steady.

General Comments:
Balancing work, kids, and covid but still getting everything done. Motivation is high and the current setup continues to feel effective. Monitoring symptoms and will stay flexible if needed, but hoping to continue training uninterrupted.

Session:
Thursday - Lower Body Focus (Deload)
Deload lower session prioritising execution and control across hamstrings, quads, glutes, and calves. Lying and seated leg curls were used to warm up hamstrings and connect early, followed by targeted quad work through single-leg extensions and adduction. Dumbbell split squats were steady and controlled, with no intent to over-push loading. Finished with hack squats and leg press calves. No performance PRs chased- focus remained on tension, tempo, and maintaining output while recovering from illness.

Cardio:
None. Step count just over 12,000.

Nutrition & Supps:
Pre: Oats, whey, salt, berries, honey, water, Pump Juice, and tried a new pre-workout.
Intra: 1 scoop Pump Juice and plenty of water.
Post: Oats, WPI, salt, cinnamon, water. Tasted a bit average, so probably won't have this exact combination again.
Appetite high again in the evening, consistent with EQ onset.

Recovery:
7 hours 49 minutes of sleep. Quality was strong with symptoms mostly gone aside from the occasional sniffle. No session yesterday allowed energy to rebound well. Body felt fresh enough to move today without overreaching.

Current PEDs:
Same as previously mentioned.

Current Health Supplements:
Same as previously mentioned.

Side Effects & Adjustments:
Still positive for COVID but symptoms minimal. Hunger up noticeably. BP holding well at 120/75. No issues at injection sites. Digestion continues to feel consistent and efficient.

Adjustments Made:
None today. Training held to deload intent.

Progress Updates:
No weight recorded, but holding around 111kg.

General Comments:
With deload and illness overlapping, this week has been more about keeping quality high rather than pushing thresholds. So far, signs are good that recovery is on track. Looking to close out the week smoothly before returning to regular intensity next block.

@hypogaeum good job on the recovery. 8 hours of sleep is huge. i wish i could get 9 hours even

Session:
Friday - Chest, Shoulders, Triceps
Deload session to finish the week. Volume slightly reduced and all sets focused on clean execution without chasing load. Movements included machine chest press, seated and underhand flyes, triceps overhead extensions and rope pushdowns, as well as three shoulder exercises (lateral raises, reverse flyes, and cable shrugs). No joint pain, pump came on well despite a bit of fatigue in the afternoon. Solid closure to the training week, especially after bouncing back from sickness.

Cardio:
None.

Nutrition & Supps:
Meals have still been adjusted around what’s available at home, but macros are tracking fairly close to target. Pre, intra, and post meals included the usual oats, whey, berries, salt, and a mix of pre-workout powders. Main meals were built around high-protein ready meals and easy-to-digest carb sources. No appetite suppression despite multiple shakes- still feeling the EQ-driven hunger in the evenings.

Recovery:
6 hours and 4 minutes of sleep. Quality was decent despite being less time than it has been recently. Feel like the last of the covid symptoms are gone now. Training didn’t suffer. Digestion and energy are both strong.

Current PEDs:
437.5mg Test E, 210mg EQ, 210mg NPP weekly. GH at 5IU/day.
Injected left ventroglute today. No issues.

Current Health Supplements:
Same as previously mentioned.

Side Effects & Adjustments:
Hunger spikes later in the day- possibly from the EQ. BP holding steady and within range. Libido, energy and mood all in a good place. No issues with injection sites.

Adjustments Made:
Deload week completed. No load progression attempts, just focusing on execution. Will transition back into heavier progression from Monday.

Progress Updates:
Morning weight 111.2kg. Tracking closely now that the blast is properly underway and will make sure not to let things get out of hand over the next 4-5 weeks.

General Comments:
Getting back to baseline post-covid. Motivation remains high. Diet has held up well despite being away from routine and meal prep. Looking forward to returning to normal structure next week and putting a solid couple of weeks together before bloodwork. Currently feeling really good on the PEDs at the current ratio, so will be interested to see what the bloodwork says (and whether it reflects what I'm feeling).

@hypogaeum great work getting your steps in man! 12k is good work.

Session:
Week 5 - Chest & Back Focus

Week one of a new five-week block. Felt good being back in the usual environment after a disrupted week last week due to COVID. Last week was a deload, and the body feels fresh as a result. Despite the lighter loads during that time, performance hasn’t taken a hit. Today’s session included bench press, chest-supported DB rows, incline DB press, single-arm pulldowns, seated cable flyes, straight-arm pulldowns and rope crunches. Volume and intensity felt solid for week one. Pump came on quickly and I had good energy throughout.

Cardio:
20-minute walk at lunch.

Nutrition & Supps:
Lunch was a satay chicken meal. Pre-workout included a wrap with PB2 and honey, annd then a bit closer to the workout I had pump juice, pre-workout, and ALCAR. Intra-workout included pump juice, creatine, and carb powder. Post-workout was two scoops of whey, Nutri-Grain, and milk.

Recovery:
8 hours and 9 minutes of sleep last night. No joint pain or niggles today. Elbow is being actively managed (tennis elbow right side), and some (presumed) flat foot issues are being worked on. Body feels well recovered and ready for the new block.

Current PEDs:
Test E: 437.5mg/week
EQ: 210mg/week
NPP: 210mg/week
GH: 5IU/day, 7 days/week

Current Health Supplements:
Same as mentioned in the intro post.

Side Effects & Adjustments:
Nothing of note- no injection issues, mood is steady, libido and energy are both in a good place.

Adjustments Made:
New training block now underway.

Progress Updates:
Morning weight: 110.9kg. No issues with performance. Physique photos to come later this week.

General Comments:
Feeling really good physically and mentally. It’s good being back in a proper groove after the disruptions of the past week. Routine is set, energy is high, and it feels like there's a clear run at this new phase.

See attached of where they are currently. Likely will push training day up another 200 or so at the end of this week, depending on what happens with body weight.

Session:
Week 5 - Shoulders & Arms Focus

After missing yesterday’s session due to a lower back strain (from prolonged poor posture while working), today’s workout went ahead as planned. Training included seated DB press, leaning lateral raises, facepulls, EZ bar curls, triceps pushdowns, preacher curls, and overhead extensions. Got better as the session progressed- blood flow and movement helped completely clear up residual tightness. Overall execution and pump were both solid.

Cardio:
No formal cardio, but did a (really) slow-paced 15-minute walk at lunch to encourage blood flow through the back and hips.

Nutrition & Supps:
Lunch was BBQ chicken with jasmine rice. Pre-workout included whey, lite milk and Chex, followed by an energy drink closer to the time. Intra-workout included creatine, carb powder, and pump juice.

Recovery:
7 hours and 30 minutes of good quality sleep. No elbow or joint pain. Lower back strain from yesterday seems to have been resolved, but will continue to monitor and address with better posture and more standing during the workday.

Current PEDs:
Test E: 437.5mg/week
EQ: 210mg/week
NPP: 210mg/week
GH: 5IU/day, 7 days/week

Current Health Supplements:
Same as mentioned in the intro post.

Side Effects & Adjustments:
No changes. Mood and energy stable, no injection issues.

Adjustments Made:
No training or compound adjustments. Will prioritise posture and standing breaks throughout the day at work to reduce back strain risk.

Progress Updates:
Morning weight: 110.0kg.

General Comments:
Grateful the back issue wasn’t serious and resolved quickly. Physique and energy remain in a good place. Looking to stay improve with posture and recovery management through the rest of the week.

Session:
Week 5 - Hamstrings & Glutes Focus

Session included lying leg curls, stiff-legged deadlifts, reverse DB lunges, cable glute kickbacks, single-leg cable adductions, and calf raises on the leg press. Strong session overall- body moved well and back was 95% sorted by the time warm-ups were complete. Slight tightness in the morning but resolved by training time.

Cardio:
25-minute walk at a decent pace over lunch. Good for circulation and helped shake off early-day fatigue.

Nutrition & Supps:
Breakfast was oats with whey and milk. Morning tea included high-protein pudding and casein powder. Lunch was a macro-friendly butter chicken with jasmine rice (picture attached). Pre-workout was custard casein, lite milk and Chex cereal (picture attached), followed by pre-workout, pump juice and ALCAR. Intra-workout was pump juice, carb powder, and creatine. No post-workout meal logged yet with dinner upcoming.

Recovery:
6 hours and 45 minutes of sleep. Not the best quality- felt a little flat mid-morning but improved after walking. Digestion and joints both good. Lower back issue nearly resolved.

Current PEDs:
Test E: 437.5mg/week
EQ: 210mg/week
NPP: 210mg/week
GH: 5IU/day

Current Health Supplements:
Same as mentioned in the intro post.

Side Effects & Adjustments:
Injected right glute this morning- no issues. Energy improved as the day progressed. No side effects. GH remains a morning pin due to impact on sleep when taken at night.

Adjustments Made:
No major changes today. Continuing focus on food quality and timing to support performance and recovery.

Progress Updates:
Morning weight: 110.7kg.

General Comments:
End of week 1 of this new block is shaping up well. Back is nearly fully resolved and legs are feeling good with the current hamstring/quad split. Will be monitoring sleep closely heading into the weekend. Looking forward to bloodwork in around 3-4 weeks to assess where things sit.

Haha I'm guessing it's something from our English heritage that has hung around 😄 What do you guys call a mid morning snack that's halfway between breakfast and lunch?

Update of yesterday’s session that I forgot to update on:

Week 5 - Chest & Back Focus
Session included incline bench, parallel grip pulldowns, flat DB press, single-arm cable rows, underhand cable flyes, lateral raises, and finished with some 60 second planks. Chest handled load well and back felt stable under moderate intensity. Pump came on relatively early. Lower back is still not 100%, but controlled warm-ups and deliberate execution kept it from being a distraction.

Cardio:
25-minute lunchtime walk at a steady pace.

Nutrition & Supps:
Pre-workout included custard casein, lite milk, Chex cereal, Pump Juice, Disorder pre-workout, and ALCAR. Intra-workout included Pump Juice, carb powder, and creatine.

Recovery:
Slept 7 hours and 56 minutes. Other than the occasional back twinge, the body is feeling good- joints are pain-free and digestion is solid. Slight lingering tightness from earlier back strain remains but doesn’t affect performance with proper warm-up.

Current PEDs:
Test E: 437.5mg/week
EQ: 210mg/week
NPP: 210mg/week
GH: 5IU/day (AM)

Current Health Supplements:
Same as previously mentioned.

Side Effects & Adjustments:
No pin yesterday. No new side effects. Energy, mood, and libido all in a good place.

Adjustments Made:
No changes to PEDs or training structure. Will slightly increase non-training day calories over this weekend to observe any response.

Progress Updates:
Morning weight: 110.7kg

General Comments:
Training wrapped up the week well. Heading into a slower weekend with the family, and looking to see how slightly increased non-training intake influences weight, fullness, and recovery. Body’s holding up well overall.

Session:
Monday - Chest & Back

Alternating push-pull session across horizontal and vertical planes. Bench felt solid with good progression through top sets. No issues with elbow on either pushing or pulling movements. Energy was slightly lower at the start of the day but was in a good space by the time I started the workout.

Cardio:
None.

Nutrition & Supps:
Pre-workout: Disorder pre, acetyl-l-carnitine, pump juice, and carb powder.
Intra-workout: Pump juice and creatine.
Post-workout: Casein protein with cereal.

All other meals to this point attached- solid intake and pacing so far, with adequate carbohydrate coverage leading into training.

Recovery:
Slept 7 hours and 23 minutes. Disturbed by the kids a couple of times (flu still hanging around) but still entered the session feeling recovered after a low-demand weekend. Back continues to hold up well- no twinges or tightness pre, during or post-training. Elbow is being managed successfully with no disruption to workload.

Current PEDs:
Same as previously mentioned.

Current Health Supplements:
Same as previously mentioned.

Side Effects & Adjustments:
Injected right quad this morning- PIP-free and uneventful. Slight sluggishness in the morning likely due to disrupted sleep, but not a trend of concern.

Adjustments Made:
Bumped calories a bit this past weekend but activity output was probably too low to justify the increase.

Progress Updates:
Morning weight: 111.5 kg.
Training output is holding and no performance regression noted.

General Comments:
Session felt productive. Recovery outlook is solid heading into the week despite minor sleep interruption. Back and elbow continue to trend in a positive direction. No concerns at this stage

Session:
Tuesday - Legs (Quad Emphasis, Week 5 Day 2)

Quad-dominant session starting with four progressive sets on the hack squat, topping out at 160kg. Leg press followed, then single-leg extensions helped isolate the quads further, with controlled tempo and controlled reps. Hamstring work included barbell good mornings and lying leg curls to balance the session without overloading posterior chain. Wrapped up with leg press calf raises. No lower back pain during hack squats today- a clear improvement from last week’s flare-up. Pump was strong through the quads, and energy was stable across the session.

Cardio:
20-minute walk at lunch.

Nutrition & Supps:
Pre-workout included casein, lite milk, Chex, Pump Juice, Disorder, and carb powder. Intra-workout was creatine and additional Pump Juice. Meals earlier in the day included oats, peri-peri chicken with rice, high-protein snacks, and consistent water intake. Fullness is building toward the end of the day, and food capacity is nearing upper limits- will monitor this closely.

Recovery:
Slept 6 hours and 57 minutes. Sleep quality felt strong and woke feeling refreshed. Lower back is pain-free and able to tolerate volume now. Overall recovery is in a good place.

Current PEDs:
Same as previously mentioned.

Current Health Supplements:
Same as previously mentioned.

Side Effects & Adjustments:
No noted sides. Injection sites fine. Mood, libido, and digestion all solid. No changes to GH timing or other protocols.

Adjustments Made:
None today- training, PEDs, and nutrition structure all in a good space.

Progress Updates:
Morning weight: 109.9kg. Strength and volume both holding steady.

General Comments:
Early starts at work continue, but stress is managed and gym performance isn’t affected. Feeling good across the board and confident in the current structure. Looking forward to upcoming bloods to confirm where things sit internally.

Session:
Week 5 - Shoulders, Biceps & Triceps

Shoulder, arm and ab session late this afternoon. Movements included seated dumbbell shoulder press, leaning cable laterals, rope face pulls, EZ cable curls, triceps pushdowns, single-arm preacher curls, overhead cable triceps extensions, and hanging knee raises. The improved meal timing, macro structure, and hydration leading into training is noticeably improving performance and visual fullness.

Cardio:
No cardio completed today.

Nutrition & Supps:
Lunch was a macro friendly butter chicken with jasmine rice.
Pre-workout included casein custard and Coco Pops Chex, along with Pump Juice, Disorder, ALCAR and carb powder.
Intra-workout included Pump Juice, creatine, and water.

Recovery:
Sleep last night was 6 hours and 51 minutes. Quality was good, and woke feeling well rested. No lingering soreness across any of the trained muscle groups today. Body feels fresh and recovery is holding up well.

Current PEDs:
Test E: 437.5mg/week
EQ: 210mg/week
NPP: 210mg/week
GH: 5IU/day
Injected left quad this morning. No injection issues.

Current Health Supplements:
Same as previously mentioned.

Side Effects & Adjustments:
No injection issues or notable side effects. Mood, libido, digestion and energy all in a good place.

Adjustments Made:
None today. Nutritional structure and routine are both working well at present.

Progress Updates:
Morning weight: 110.9kg
Physique is currently looking slightly softer than a few weeks ago, but there are several contributing factors worth noting- growth hormone has increased from 3.33IU to 5IU, overall PED load is significantly higher, glycogen retention is greater, and carb availability around workouts has improved due to better nutrient timing. Visual fullness and strength are both up, and overall trend appears consistent with a productive growth phase.

Pleased with how everything is coming together. Training environment is consistent, recovery is strong, and there’s a clear runway into the next few weeks. Everything is on track.

Week 5 - Hamstring & Glute Focus
Early morning session due to work commitments later in the day. In the gym by 6am after an early breakfast at 4:45am, which did a good job fuelling the session. Training focused on hamstrings and glutes, including single-leg lying leg curls, stiff-legged deadlifts, reverse lunges, cable glute kickbacks, single-leg cuffed adductions, and leg press calf raises. Good intensity throughout, no joint discomfort, and strength continues to improve. Enjoying the current lower body split with one quad-focused day and one posterior-focused day each week.

Cardio:
No cardio yet, but planning a lunchtime walk (depending on feel and weather).

Nutrition & Supps:
Breakfast was 70g oats with 40g custard casein, pre-workout included pump juice and pre-workout powder, and intra-workout was just water. Post-workout included chex and protein. Also added creatine and ALCAR to my water, as I didn't have it pre or intra. All food currently sitting well and digestion is in a good place. Appetite isn’t huge but intake is consistent and processing well.

Recovery:
Slept 6 hours and 50 minutes last night. No joint issues or niggles in today’s session. Body is holding up well, and the shift to earlier training hasn’t presented any problems so far.

Current PEDs:
Test E: 437.5mg/week
EQ: 210mg/week
NPP: 210mg/week
GH: 5IU/day, 7 days/week

Current Health Supplements:
Same as previously mentioned.

Side Effects & Adjustments:
No issues to report.

Adjustments Made:
Early morning sessions today and tomorrow have required some tweaks to meal timing, but no change to training layout or targets.

Progress Updates:
No weight recorded this morning.

General Comments:
Momentum is strong. Energy is good despite the earlier start, and strength continues to trend in the right direction. Liking the direction things are heading and staying focused on getting the work done regardless of time of day.

Session:
Monday - Chest & Back

Strong session across the board with good energy and execution. Opened with flat barbell bench, working up to 120kg x 10 which moved smoothly- first time in a while moving that kind of load without it compromising the remainder of the workout. All sets for chest and back stayed controlled, with full reps logged and no drop-off in output. Pump was solid and grip improvements via Versa Grips made a noticeable difference to forearm and elbow comfort.

Cardio:
15-minute walk at lunch.

Nutrition & Supps:
Pre-workout meal of rice and tuna with full supplement stack (preworkout, Pump Juice, ALCAR, carb powder) delivered a strong pump and energy without bloating. Intra-workout included creatine and Pump Juice. Lunch was BBQ chicken and rice. Overall intake seemed well timed and effective in supporting performance.

Recovery:
6 hours 30 minutes sleep last night, but quality was high. Weekend was relatively low exertion, which helped set up a good recovery base for this session. Body feels fresh and joint health is in a good place- no complaints on elbow.

Current PEDs:
Same as previously mentioned.

Current Health Supplements:
Same as previously mentioned.

Side Effects & Adjustments:
No injections today. Last injection was left lat and is holding up well- rotation schedule is working with sites only being hit every 2.5 weeks. Versa Grips have helped alleviate forearm and elbow issues.

Adjustments Made:
Ongoing refinement of nutrition to find the balance between sufficient caloric intake and sustainable food volume without GI stress.

Progress Updates:
No morning weight recorded today or over the weekend. Visually, things are holding reasonably well despite the recent weight increase. Overall look is slightly softer, likely due to a combination of increased GH, total PED load, improved glycogen retention, and a consistent influx of carbs around training windows for performance.

General Comments:
Felt strong in the gym and mentally fresh. No strain from the weekend and recovery outlook remains solid. Bloodwork will be booked within the next two weeks to keep things tracked. Everything is in a good place heading into the middle of the week.

Session:
Tuesday - Lower Body (Quads / Hams / Calves)
Early session at a different gym this morning. Equipment differences aside, things moved well and intensity was there from the first set. Worked through leg press, hack squat, extensions, good mornings, curls and calves. Legs held up well, no tightness or joint aggravation. Mind-muscle connection was strong and performance held steady across the workout. Strength felt like it stepped up again this week.

Cardio:
None yet. Pushed for time today but hoping to get an evening walk in, weather permitting.

Nutrition & Supps:
Pre-workout was simple but effective- carb powder, pump blend, pre-workout and plenty of water. Not enjoyable to drink (was bit of a rough flavour mix), but digested well and fuelled the session without bloat. Post-workout was a couple of chilli-garlic chicken meals. Full day’s nutrition still in progress.
Pre: Carb powder, pre-workout, Pump Juice, ALCAR, creatine
Intra: Plenty of water + 2 scoops Pump Juice
Post: 2 serves Strength Meals Co Chilli Garlic Chicken Bowl
Hydration has been good so far.

Recovery:
Slept 6 hours 33 minutes. Not amazing quality, but after a slower weekend, motivation was strong this morning and session felt good. No joint issues or fatigue carried in from yesterday’s session.

Current PEDs:
Same as previously mentioned. Injected right delt this morning. No issues at the site.

Current Health Supplements:
Same as previously mentioned. Weekly pill container has made consistency simple.

Side Effects & Adjustments:
Patience is thinner, particularly in traffic. Not aggressive, but noticing irritability rising quicker than usual. Not spilling into the home side of things, but it's something to monitor. Bit of additional work stress/ pressure and possible hormonal shifts may be a factor. Will keep watch and reassess once bloodwork is back.

Adjustments Made:
None today. Bloodwork still planned in the next 1-2 weeks. Nutrition continues to be managed carefully to balance calories and digestive comfort.

Progress Updates:
Morning weight: 111.3kg.
Holding well visually, however look is slightly softer. Strength trending up with a noticeable jump this week so far.

General Comments:
Work pressure has been higher than usual, which may be contributing to mood swings and slightly broken sleep. That said, energy, training drive, and consistency are all in a good place. Keen to see how blood markers look soon so adjustments (if any) are evidence-based and I'm not going on gut feel.

probably need more time off bro a deload week

Session:
Wednesday - Shoulders, Arms

Session felt strong overall. The dumbbell shoulder press moved well, but the shoulder pump came on fast and bordered on painful, particularly across lateral and face pull work. Slightly impacted rep quality on later sets. Arms were fine to train through and everything moved steadily, with no drop-offs across biceps or triceps.

Cardio:
15-minute walk at lunch.

Nutrition & Supps:
Four solid meals in by the time of logging, including oats and whey for breakfast, a microwave meal for lunch with added jasmine rice, and a tuna + rice pre-workout meal. Digestion was notably better today after skipping the sweeter casein protein options, and appetite was solid. Pre and intra-workout included pump juice, carb powder, Disorder, ALCAR and creatine. Tracking to hit macro and calorie targets with dinner still to come.

Recovery:
7 hours and 28 minutes sleep last night with good quality. Elbow discomfort remains minor and manageable. No other recovery issues to report, and energy has held up well through this week’s training so far.

Current PEDs:
Same as previously mentioned. No injection today.

Current Health Supplements:
Same as previously mentioned.

Side Effects & Adjustments:
Mood was steadier today and stress has improved off the back of juggling some work tasks. No other sides to note- energy and drive remain in a strong place.

Adjustments Made:
None today. Bloods coming up in the next couple of weeks which may lead to refinements depending on results.

Progress Updates:
Morning weight: 111.0kg. Look continues to run slightly softer at the moment, but nothing too scary just yet. Pumps and strength continue trending upward.

General Comments:
Good day today with fewer stressors and a more level mood. Motivation remains high and the system feels locked in heading toward next week’s deload. Tomorrow is legs, which should give further insight into how recovery is holding up under current loading.

Session:
Thursday - Hamstrings / Glutes Focus

Despite lingering quad DOMS from Tuesday, yesterdays hamstring-dominant session ran smoothly. Lying leg curls and stiff-leg deadlifts moved well, and strength continues to trend upward across movements. Cable glute kickbacks caused a significant lower back pump that lingered well past the set, but nothing that impacted performance. All working sets were executed with good control and intensity.

Cardio:
15-minute walk after lunch.

Nutrition & Supps:
Breakfast through to post-workout nutrition is attached. Day finished with chicken, rice, and veggies. Digestion has been solid, and the recent refinements in food timing and meal content seem to be helping. Pre- and intra-workout protocols were consistent with prior sessions and continue to support good session output.

Recovery:
Slept 7 hours and 3 minutes. DOMS in the quads was significant but not concerning- expected given the increased load and overall session volume on Tuesday. No joint pain or new issues to report.

Current PEDs:
Same as previously mentioned.

Current Health Supplements:
Same as previously mentioned.

Side Effects & Adjustments:
Mood continues to improve as work-related stress settles. Libido and energy are in a good place. No other side effects to note.

Adjustments Made:
None.

Progress Updates:
No weight taken yesterday morning. Strength has taken another step forward this week and training quality has followed suit. Confidence is high with how the gear is performing, and the blend of recovery, nutrition, and structure is dialled in.

General Comments:
Everything feels well-aligned heading into the final session of the week. Quads are still recovering but not a limiting factor. Looking forward to an early morning session today and using the weekend to recover before pushing on into one final week before a planned deload.

been seeing you really slowly build up and get there bro strong

Session: Friday - Chest & Back
Trained at a different location today, which brought a fresh boost to motivation. Morning session with less fuel in the system but still managed a strong performance, especially on the bench press where form and load continue to progress. Chest and back pump was excellent, with all working sets executed well.

Cardio: Planned lunchtime walk.

Nutrition & Supps: Pre-workout included Pump Juice, pre-workout, carb powder, whey protein, and creatine. Intra-workout was Pump Juice with water. Post-workout meal was BBQ beef brisket with sweet potato fries. Morning tea and lunch both planned and logged, with carb powder now being used pre-workout instead of intra, which feels effective for session energy.

Recovery: Slept 6 hours 34 minutes with solid quality. Feeling good despite the shorter sleep. No training planned over the weekend, allowing for full recovery before another push next week.

Current PEDs: Same as previously mentioned.

Current Health Supplements: Same as previously mentioned.

Side Effects & Adjustments: No negative side effects noted. Pumps remain intense, and strength jumps are noticeable- @UGL OZ gear has well and truly kicked in and doing what it's supposed to do.

Adjustments Made: None.

Progress Updates: Weight not recorded this morning. Committing to scheduling updated physique photos next week.

General Comments: Looking to finish work early for an event tonight. Weekend will be lower pace with family time before one more hard week of training leading into deload. Bloods planned in 1.5-2 weeks.

@hypogaeum the training is looking sweet man. i got a lot of love for this one. i love the hard work and top notch training

Session:
Thursday - Hamstrings / Glutes Focus

Despite lingering quad DOMS from Tuesday, yesterdays hamstring-dominant session ran smoothly. Sucks when legs are taxed or your cns gives u problems ive had both issues before with legs.

@hypogaeum bro you are doing awesome work....keep shining........

Session:
Week 7, Monday + Chest, Back & Abs

Good session with movements as per attached. Intensity was high with increases to both weight and reps across the board. Program called for 0RIR, so pushed each set accordingly and exceeded my own expectations on a few lifts. Pump came on fast and strong, with energy consistent from start to finish after a solid night’s sleep and a slower weekend. Strength progression has been notable over the past week.

Cardio:
No cardio today.

Nutrition & Supps:
All meals up to dinner are attached. Digestion in a good place and fuelling feels on point.

Recovery:
8 hours and 4 minutes sleep last night with good quality. Body feels fresh after the weekend. Elbow has occasional flare-ups (but minimal impact) and back has returned to normal. Calves are a bit tight but are being worked on.

Current PEDs:
437.5 mg Test E
210 mg EQ
210 mg NPP
5IU/day GH

Current Health Supplements:
CoQ10 300 mg
Vitamin D3 75 mcg
Vitamin K2 180 mcg
Berberine 1000 mg
Citrus Bergamot 1000 mg
Omega-3 4000 mg
NAC 1 g
Aspirin 100 mg
Magnesium Blend 1 scoop
Telmisartan 80 mg

Side Effects & Adjustments:
Blood pressure 119/74 this morning. Injections smooth with no discomfort (left VG today). Libido, mood, and energy in a good place.

Adjustments Made:
No immediate changes to training or PEDs this week, but will add TUDCA for liver support. PED adjustments planned for next week based on final LCMS and hsCRP results.

Progress Updates:
111.9kg this morning after a weekend without weight sessions and minimal cardio- expect weight to dip slightly in the next day or two. Strength continues to climb. Deload planned for next week to manage recovery and avoid injury.

General Comments:
Sleep, motivation, and energy are high.
Had the opportunity to get bloodwork early this morning and initial results are back. Waiting on LCMS testing for test and E2, and hsCRP, so test and E2 numbers are likely a little lower than shown.
Having said that, my expectation is that while E2 is “within range”, it’s lower than the 200 (or so) that I usually like it at. Lipids are solid with HDL in a good spot, LDL mid-range, and triglycerides low. Kidney markers show creatinine slightly above range with eGFR at 70 (possibly reflective of muscle mass and training status), but worth monitoring. Liver enzymes are moderately elevated, so TUDCA will be introduced this week. Haematology looks good, so I’m very happy with how EQ is treating me so far. Awaiting LCMS testosterone and E2 values for more accurate hormone assessment, along with hsCRP for inflammation status.
Based on the full results, I’m leaning towards a small bump in Test E is likely, and keeping NPP in for the full 20 weeks (rather than dropping at the end of week 12).

solid estrogen numbers bro this is all EQ e2 drop?

Numbers are expected to be lower than shown when LCMS E2 comes back. But yes, all EQ from @UGL OZ keeping the E2 from blowing out- no AI in play at all.

Session:
Week 7, Tuesday + Quads, Hamstrings & Calves

Movements as attached. Things felt good throughout the workout with another strength increase across the main lifts. Quad pump was really good and came on quickly. Energy was steady from start to finish, with nutrition and timing prior to training continuing to support performance well.

Cardio:
15 minutes walking at lunch.

Nutrition & Supps:
Meals up to dinner are attached. Supplementation remains unchanged. Digestion remains in a good space.

Recovery:
7 hours and 16 minutes sleep last night with good quality. Came into the workout feeling fresh. Calves remain tight but body work is booked for later in the week.

Current PEDs:
Same as previously mentioned.

Current Health Supplements:
Same as previously mentioned.

Side Effects & Adjustments:
No side effects noted.

Adjustments Made:
None today. TUDCA ordered and will be added once received. Working on adjustments to the PED plan for next week.

Session:
Week 7, Wednesday - Shoulders, Biceps, Triceps & Abs

Movements as attached. Shoulders felt strong throughout with no twinges or discomfort on pressing or lateral movements. Arm pump achieved well and truly by the end of the EZ cable curls and pressdowns. Finished with abs, which felt a bit weak from not training them recently- will get more structured working them out going forward.

Cardio:
15 minutes walking at lunchtime.

Nutrition & Supps:
Meals so far today are attached. Supplementation unchanged. Digestion remains in a good place.

Recovery:
7 hours and 25 minutes of good quality sleep last night. Woke feeling well rested and ready to train.

Current PEDs:
437.5 mg Test E
210 mg EQ
210 mg NPP
5IU/day GH

Current Health Supplements:
Same as previously mentioned.

Side Effects & Adjustments:
No side effects noted.

Adjustments Made:
From next week, Test E to increase from 125mg EOD to 150mg EOD (437.5mg/week to 612.5mg/week) to bring E2 up slightly. NPP and EQ will both be run for the full 20 weeks, at the current dosages, instead of dropping NPP and upping EQ at week 12. No other changes planned for the remainder of the blast. TUDCA to be introduced next week.

Progress Updates:
Morning weight 111.4kg. Progress continues as expected and in line with goals.

General Comments:
Really happy with current trajectory and progress. Bloodwork confirms health markers are in check, and current supplement protocol is effective. Confident with the planned PED adjustments and addition of TUDCA heading into the second half of the blast.

As a slight side note (worth mentioning as the lack of primo and mast right now means EQ is being talked about more), I included EQ in my cycle primarily to help manage E2, taking an educated guess based on how I typically aromatise test. It has brought my E2 down far more than primo ever has, it’s significantly cheaper, and the tangible strength increase I noticed around the end of week 6/start of week 7 was remarkable. I’ve been very happy with the experience so far. While there are certainly risks with EQ (potential impacts on RBC/haematocrit and lipid profiles, etc), if people are feeling stuck for options with primo and mast off the table, I think it’s worth serious consideration in a future cycle. It might pleasantly surprise you like it did to me ❤️

Nice when there's no tweaks

Session:
Week 7, Thursday - Hamstrings, Glutes, Quads & Calves

Contractions felt great throughout the session, but today was one of those days where the planned deload next week feels well-timed. Progress continues to move forward, but a short sleep last night after an early start for a family airport drop-off and several weeks of high intensity left me gassed by the end. Knees had some soreness, possibly linked to lower E2 or cumulative fatigue. Still able to hit good numbers and execution remained solid.

Cardio:
20 minutes walking in the morning.

Nutrition & Supps:
Meals attached. Supplementation remains unchanged while awaiting the arrival of TUDCA. Digestion remains in a good place.

Recovery:
4 hours 21 minutes of sleep last night. Late bedtime followed by an early wake-up for driving. Plan is to catch up tonight ahead of a morning chest and back session tomorrow to finish the week before deload.

Current PEDs:
Remain the same (until next week).

Current Health Supplements:
Remain the same (until TUDCA arrives).

Side Effects & Adjustments:
Knees a little sore today, potentially from E2 being on the lower side or just overall fatigue. No other side effects noted.

Adjustments Made:
None yet. Plan is still to increase testosterone next week and keep EQ and NPP in place for the full 20 weeks.

Progress Updates:
Morning weight: 110.7kg

General Comments:
Feeling ready for the deload to allow recovery to catch up. Looking forward to a final chest and back session tomorrow before pulling back for a week. Expecting extra test and the deload to address knee soreness and keep momentum strong into the next block.

Big thanks to AJ and the @UGL OZ team for the quality gear and support🔥 Get on it at ugloz.is 🤩

@hypogaeum bros sound like you happy with your progress. i like yo cycle too. very steady, nothing too crazy

Session:
Week 7, Friday - Chest, Back & Shoulders
Earlier 6am session. Slow to get going after a light start (pre-workout meal only) and a few nights of reduced sleep. Took longer rests on the incline bench work to let things warm up, which paid off with solid output by the end of the pulldowns. Finished with steady work across machine presses, rows, and shoulder movements.

Cardio:
25 minutes brisk walk at lunch.

Nutrition & Supps:
Morning tea taken post-workout due to bodywork appointment, combining breakfast and morning tea into one sitting. Digestion seems to have handled things without any problem, which is nice. Meals so far as attached.

Recovery:
6 hours 52 minutes sleep, not enough to feel fully caught up. Moda keeping energy steady today. Planning a solid sleep tonight.

Current PEDs:
Same as previously mentioned. Increasing test from Sunday and adding TUDCA.

Current Health Supplements:
Remain unchanged.

Side Effects & Adjustments:
Calves and elbow worked on during bodywork. No notable adverse effects otherwise.

Adjustments Made:
Test to be increased next week, TUDCA added.

Progress Updates:
No morning weigh-in.

General Comments:
Ready for a weekend of light cardio and recovery. Aware of the toll being taken, but happy to trade the short step back next week in the form of a deload for bigger forward progress in the weeks ahead.
