Strong people eat pizza. I eat it 2-3x a week easy. I also drink loads of chocolate milk. If you want to make progress in the gym, and are looking to be really strong you have to eat a lot of food... and there is nothing wrong with eating whatever the hell you feel like eating. If you wanna be 6'3 and 205 then you should eat like a bird... b/c you will look and lift like one.
Yesterday:
ML 1: 6 whole eggs, 4 pieces turkey bacon, 1/4 gal skim milk
ML 2: 2 foot longs from Subway w/ double turkey, bag of chips, large diet coke
ML 3: 3 scoops ON Whey, 2 cups oats, 1 tbsp All Natural PB
ML 4: 8oz chik, 2 cups rice, 3 cups green beans, 1/2 gal chocolate milk
ML 5: 3 scoops ON Whey, 2 cups oats, 1 tbsp All Natural PB, 1 apple
ML 6: 10 oz Steak, 1 larege potatoe, 3 strips turkey bacon, 1/4 cup low fat cheddar
ML 7: 1 scoop casien, 2 tpsp ANPB, 1/4 gal skim milk
A couple days ago my PWO meal was 2 marie callanders chicken pot pies, a small pizza from the grocery, and a 1/2 gal of choc milk.
