trying to put on as much muscle as possible. eat everything in sight?

im on a gram of sustanon per week right now and im wondering if i should just literally eat everything .. and i mean everything . peanut butter jelly before bed, pizza, tons of milk, rice, eggs, oatmeal, bananas, bread, i mean FREAKIN EVERYTHING DUDE. like right now i just had a slice of pepperoni pizza and 5 eggs (wierd ass combo i know .. but i do that all the time ) is this a good idea or not??? :chomp:
 
depends if you want to get fat IMO.. I think you burn alot of the fat while on but its hard to then re adjust when you get off. Plus yo yo dieting like that isnt great either

i was thinkin that on this much test , my metabolism would be sky high and i shouldn't be too worried about putting on fat especially lifting 5/6 days a week... im just really wantin to pack on the mass. im lookin to get freaky huge im not playin around . i would eat my poop if it made me bigger. any advice is much appreciated bros :)
 
well if thats the way you feel then yess eating everything will make you bigger.. what are you going to do at the end of the course when you dont have "superhero" abillities? people usually have to things in mind when taking gear

you sound like you are going for number 2 which will take away from number 1
 
getting huge is a wonderful thing but if you look like rolli-polli cuz you've packed on 50lbs. of which 40 of that is fat, you didn't quite do what you set out to do...what you should be doing if you want to get huge without looking like a marshmellow is eating pounds of chicken, steak, brown rice, eggs, oatmeal and protein everyday!!! think about it...the average slice of pizza has over 1000MG of sodium...sodium = salt which = water retention...now i don't know what your stats are, but a 6' 235lb. ripped bastard looks a lot bigger and meaner than a 6' 260 fat ass...just my 2 cents on the situation
 
What is your body type and how much did you weigh before starting the sus?

This diet might work for an ecto, then again I've always been in favor of lean bulking.

swole you said it right, lean bulking is the way to go.. Why would anybody want that big bloated round look..women love a well built man and men envy the well built..

minus the pizza sounds like a typical days eating. milk,PB,rice,eggs,oatmeal,bananas,bread throw in chicken and beef and you can pretty much eat as much of it as you want and not get fat if the meals are divided 6-7 smaller meals and timed correct ( minus the breads orcoarse)
 
there is nothing super wrong by eating as much clean food as u can as long as you accept u will probably put on some lbs of fat along the way, depending on what your body type and metabolism are like.

do u have a diet plan that u r following?
