Tiervexx New member Jul 4, 2003 #1 mix the following in a blender 2 heaping table spoons of peanut butter(not that low fat shit). 2 whole eggs. 2 two scoops of protein powder 0.5 cups of oatmeal(don't bother to cook it) about 2 cups of milk. contains nearly 1000Cal. and its all good cal!
