Hello! During last few months I've been working for muscles growing. But on the other side I also increased my fat %. I have one month left, so i really want to make some progress.
The goal is to REDUCE fat for at least 2-3kg. Therefore I am looking for some really got DIET PROGRAM (and Training prog as well) (what and how much should I eat) I have 75Kg and 178cm. I want to keep my muscles as it. I only wanna lose fat.
What about L-carnitine and clen?
