Training on a CKD??

Wasnt sure what board to dump this on so I put it here.

I'm doing a CKD with a carb up on Friday. Is it ok to work chest, tri, delts on Saturday, legs, back and bis on Sunday and do a depletion workout on Thursday. Is this not enough time spent training or is it ok?? 3 days seem a long break between workouts, what do u guys think??
 
yes I know mate but people have lives to live so cant base everything around what Duchaine says. That workout is based around a two day carb up, mine is just one. any other opinions?
 
Yes you can extend the ketogenic phase of the diet to Saturday. In fact, this is exactly what I do. I have found that a shortened carb-up (24-30 hour) gives the best results for me. Monday--half the body (legs, back, biceps, calves, stomach), Tuesday--last half of the body. Saturday I do my full body completion workout, then i begin my carb-up directly after until 5:00pm on Sunday.
