To all the ladies who juice: How long will it take to get your period back?

does taking the pill affect in your gains while on cycle?

Some say yes, some say no. It DOES seem kinda silly to be supplementing with Female hormones (BCP) AND male hormones (AAS) when the two work opposite. Estrogen holds onto fat, while androgens/anabolics help with muscle gain and even to a small degree, fat loss. BUT....the security of taking BCP is too much for me NOT to take it. Last thing I want is to get pregnant while ingesting AAS....not a good thing for a growing fetus.

The impact of BCP on an average female AAS user is not going to be a big deal IMO. If a female is getting competition ready or is a high level competitor....then YES, maybe she should go off BCP. The smallest change can make the biggest difference in her. But for a female who is simply trying to lean out then I think it doesn't matter. Diet is what will make the biggest difference in her body......not whether or not she is taking BCP.

In all honesty, I never felt like the PILL was what held me back from my goals...it is always DIET.

From what I understood. The dosage in BCP is so low it isn't really significant compared to AAS supplementation.BCP dosage is in mcg whereas AAS dosage is in the mg range.

Another source of loss of period could be lowered bodyfat. I lost mine below 12% bf with no use of AAS.

I lose mine under 20%.probably also linked to activity levels as well.I am active for about 2 hours a day since I have to cycle to work and back (about 40mins total) as well as lifting.
