I have run a few CKDs and had a question for anyone who runs TKD's. Do you just jump into the TKD or do you run a SKD for like 3-4 days before starting the TKD?

Im just looking for some other tips and options. I had been running a SKD for around 3-4 days, following the first several days off of MR X's CKD worksheet then supplementing into the TKD for the remainder of hte diet.
 
I asked the same question a few days ago and it seems ok to jump from CKD to TKD (I did it). I finished my CKD last Saturday and I started the TKD the Sunday (which was my carbup day) I feel a lot stonger on my workouts with the carbs :)
 
Yeah, but I have heard that you can run into a decrease metabolism over the long run on the TKD, after like 12-14 days on it, without having the Carbups on the CKD. Have you run into this by chance yet?
 
Quino pm me for a TKD worksheet that will help automate your program based on Mr. Xs diet recomendations. It works just like Mr. X's ckd worksheet. Also you should already be in Ketosis before you add daily carbups. Once in Ketosis start adding your carbs pre-workout only. Lastly make sure you take 2 days off/ no carbs per week.
