Eat meals at night that are bloating but low in calories.
For example, many people here will have their good fats at night. I know that's a recipie for disaster for me, as its not filling, so I have them during the day whilst I'm not active and will eat a whopping 800 grams of mixed veggies with my meat at night so I won't snack on crap. That's still only about 220 calories, plus lots of nutrition.
TO make it tate OK, 300 is good tasting veggies (red capsicum, pumpkin) and 500 is the blander [read "greener"] variety).
Other strategies include - go for a walk if temptation hits.
You could always simply drink soda water, or something diet soda drinks to bloat u up, but this has night pissing implications which will be annoying.
Caisein shakes are also quite bloating
