I've been doing this for a while - a bit of variation.
I'm eating clean (nothing crazy strict) monday - sat afternoon and I eat whatever I want sat evening and sunday.
If you can diet strict during the week you can view the weekend as a reward and maybe your cheat meals are evening meals and not morning and afternoon meals.
