i have flax seed oil and NPB which normally i throw in 1TBSP of each in my whey protein shake pre workout--i believe im wrong for doing that and have now started using probolic sr as my pre workout shake ---which means ill have the whey isolate as a snack at night(prob the last meal of day/night) should i add those good fats then at that time??
