The bigger me was taken in phx, 1999 right before a contest, the other one is of me in Okinawa, 1984.

I weighed about 165 in 1984 at about 12% body fat (best guess) and 190 in 1999 night before contest at about 6% body fat.

I was 19 in the Okinawa picture and 34 in the 1999 picture.

Thought it would be interesting to see what difference there is from body building. This was all drug free as well.

Tomorrow perhaps. I will be wearing those infamous shorts at our game. :D

LMAO!!! Glad to see a sense of humor.

Good work btw... if that 19 year old could have seen how he grew up back then... He'd be so proud. Give yourself a pat on the back... you deserve it. Especially since you look like that, natural.

Thank you, I want all of these newbie teeny boppers and the likes to realize that you don't need a drug to achieve a phenomenal look, just average genetics and the balls to train! I didn't use any until I had topped out my genetics and that wasn't till I was 34. I am 36 now.

Surgery to relieve a nerve in left forearm next week and then I will be better than ever. Just wait!

This ones for you Bikinimom and Mommakin too.

We need more of this type of posting. This will inspire those who want to train and those who are afraid to train. Believe me, I had my ups and downs, my injuries and many a time I felt like a quiter because I was not getting the same results as someone else who had better genetics. But I remained and always tried to train harder and to never quit.

And now, I seem to have one maintainence problem after the other. But, I will never quit, even if I end up spending my few remaining years in a wheel chair.

right on man.

I wanna see a pic when you are fully enhanced with supplements.

that should be a shocker.

keep it up
