Leg press changed reps today
Did 5 sets and went 18/15/12/10/8 tried lowering reps a lil and upping weight here cause I dropped leg ext and replaced with hack squat which was next
4 sets 20/15/12/12 here this really did pound my quads thanks zed
Thendid strait deads super set with calf raises
Did 4 sets of both did reps same too 20/20/15/15

Haven't thrown these in for a while felt good at end great pull and stretch really finished the lats off..
Did cardio and abs this morning (sat) will rest tm always do morning cardio 4 days a week. Will start back hard monday again..diet could be lil btr I'm still adjusting to low carbs have cheated couple times but think I needed the carbs few times with t-3 my metabolism is cranked I can tell..I take t-3 then soon as I eat or about 30 min after I start sweating..will keep killing it and will have new pics asap schedule has been clashing with fiance to get them done..
 
Monday did cardio and abs also did light shoulders cause I'm doing chest tm didn't want to be soar in shoulders or tris for tm..
