How many of you will push that last rep out even though you know your form just got shot to hell?? Or do you guys just drop it once you lose form?? Im talking about the point right before failure where your arms start to shake and you just have the tiniest bit to go to finish that rep. Do you guys lose form just to hear the dumbells clank or do you just drop em???
