I have also done T3 but for 6 weeks. 1/2 pill for 2 weeks than 1 pill for 2 weeks than back down to 1/2 pill. I would cut my 1/2 pill in 1/2 & take a pcs in moring than other in evening. Same with hole pill. It work for me, but we all are different. Good luck
