T-Rex is doing JACK for me

kettlebell

New member
I've been on 6 a day for a week and a half now, with lean diet and light cardio...no results.

The sides were light and went away after two days, but I'm not feeling any rise in temp and I still find myself needing an afternoon nap.

Any suggestions?

I have been on T-rex for a week and a half myself and I don't really notice a rise in temperature or a burst of energy when I workout, don't know if it is too soon to tell but I am in the same boat as you. I pretty much always feel like I could have a nap and that hasn't changed with the T-rex, I do notice that if I have it with only a small amount of food it makes me feel pretty lethargic and incapable of functioning but I read somewhere on here that this is to be expected but I don't remember in what kind of situation. Oddly enough as I noted on a previous post, in these past 10 or so days since I started I have not lost any weight and from last Saturday to Wednesday I gained 2 lbs!! I don't know if this could be attributed to temporary water loss as it was after a workout which wasn't really sweaty but still. I haven't been too keen on drinking a liter of water per 30 lbs of weight as the bottle says so maybe that might be hindering me...who knows, but just wanted to let you know you weren't the only one!

2 most common reasons for lethargy and lack of temp raise are inadequate water intake and inadequate carbs.

Ahh...makes sense. I guess that will be fine tuned effective tomorrow. I knew I was slacking in that department and had a feeling as far as the water goes.

What is an adequate range of carbs if I am doing about an hour to an hour and a half of cardio 5x a week along with some lite resistance training mainly in legs, eating decent but not super measured (i.e. I eat a considerable amount of cheddar on certain foods b/c I am obsessed with cheese but also for protein boost) otherwise I watch what I eat and try to space meals 2-3 hrs apart and have a PWO shake etc..

ephedrine can be found at 6 dolalrs a bottle, im sorry to the AF store but i find this to be much much more effective, cost included or not :/
