Just a quick update so as of Saturday morning I completely dropped that diet. My body was screaming at me too. I ate mostly egg white, oats and cottage cheese over Saturday then started having more meat etc on Sunday. Anyways just wanted you guys to know that I wont be logging things publicly anymore I start with Phil's program etc so in fairness to his business I can not post anything about diet/training etc. I will be posting progress pics. Thanks ladies and gents for cheering me on and being there for me.
