LOL I am stubborn but as soon as I noticed I was getting cold I know that is not a good sign at all. I already feel warmer and the ANPB put a big smile on my face :p I think I will be going to be going back to sold foods tomorrow :D LOL I get paid on Monday and going to start with Phil in about a weeks time.
 
Just a quick update so as of Saturday morning I completely dropped that diet. My body was screaming at me too. I ate mostly egg white, oats and cottage cheese over Saturday then started having more meat etc on Sunday. Anyways just wanted you guys to know that I wont be logging things publicly anymore I start with Phil's program etc so in fairness to his business I can not post anything about diet/training etc. I will be posting progress pics. Thanks ladies and gents for cheering me on and being there for me. :qt:

I have no issue with TSO posting up my stuff.....but anyway....



If you have an issue...pm me....I'm getting an online training site together. I wish you would have told me you were going with another trainer.
 
Hey S I been talking with Phil on another forum for about 2 years. This passed prep I realized I need someone full time helping me out as I second guess my self constantly. Anyway after much research I had it nailed down to Scott Abel, Dave Palumbo or Phil Hernon. Since Phil showed a true interest in me 2 years a go I chose him. It also dosen't hurt that he is about 2 hours away so when need I can go see him. I thought you were doing TSO as a favour didn't know you were getting back into preps full time.

I asked S before I posted for the same reason - didn't want to step on ay toes. I'm excited for you, QT. Has your training with him already started?
