I felt pretty good last night...hit a PR of 215 x1 sumo style. I haven't lifted "heavy" in a while and I really miss it! Today I can "feel" my workout...yaaay! I know this isn't really that much in comparison to the stellar bunch of chicks here, but I just thought I'd share...
Thanks ya'll...I was pretty happy, but not satisfied. I'm going to try to beat it next week. I think the next time I'll start off a little heavier (after my warm-ups of course). I felt like I did waaaaaay too much volume.
