did back and tri's today, weighed in at 212 today, thats a gain of about about 22 pounds
wide grip pull ups: BWx10, BWx10, BWx7, BWx7 fuckin weak I know, but im constantly gaining weight so its hard to bring these up
machine lat pulldowns: 120x10, 135x10, 165x8 drop 120x10 drop 90x10
bent over barbell rows underhand grip: 95x10, 145x10, 165x10, 165x8, 165x4x4 rest paused
machine close grip neutral rows: 25x10, 50x10, 75x10, 75x12
rack pulls: 95x10, 145x10, 185x10, 185x7 back pumps were too much or i could have gone heavier
tri's
machine dips: 200x12, 245x10, 290x10, 290x10
rope push downs: 70x10, 90x10, 100x10, 100x10
d-bell overhead extension: 65x10, 90x10, 105x10, 120x10, 120x10+2 forced reps this is the heaviest I have gone, I was getting some pretty crazy looks. lol
underhand pressdowns: 60x10, 80x10, 90x10, 90x10
Felt pretty strong today but the back pumps were too much, I had to constantly stretch it and sit down. I wish I would have been able to go heavier on some back movements but couldnt because it hurt too bad. Only 5 days left of the diesel. Hopefully the test should be kicken in by than since I hear it takes about 5 weeks to kick in.

you guys think I will lose some weight once I get off the diesel?????????????? im thinkin I will I just hope not any more than 5 pounds.?????????????
